This setting in the majestic Rolling Hills, adds to the charm of this 2 storey home. The home features 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 1 full bedroom and 3 bedrooms with twin beds), a sofa sleeper in the family room and 3.5 bathrooms, a formal dining area that seats 8 people and a breakfast nook that seats 4.
The west-facing deck has a private heatable electric pool with a community boundary wall beyond the rear of the deck and is therefore semi-private with a fence on one side and a hedge on the other for added privacy. The deck has 8 chairs, 4 loungers with cushions and 2 tables. This lovely home will accommodate up to 12 people.
