This private and spacious ( 2,270 square foot) condo is located on the 7th floor of the CENTRAL tower in the NEWEST development in Ixtapa, The Bay View Grand, Marina. The condo has 3 bedrooms with spectacular, panoramic views of Ixtapa beach and the ocean. The living space and all of the bedrooms open to the large (490 square foot) wrap-around balcony. There are 3 bedrooms which all feature Sealy pillow top mattresses, AC and ceiling fans, and luxury designer linens for ultimate comfort. The master bedroom has one King size bed and a unique floor to ceiling glass wall facing the ocean. The master bath features double sinks, a glass frameless shower and walk-in closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two Q beds, ceiling fans, a large closets with shelves, and private bathrooms.
Kitchen and Living Spaces: KITCHEN
The kitchen has upgraded, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The stove top has 6 burners, a grill, and hood. There is a convection oven, oversized refrigerator with external ice and water, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. In the kitchen and on the fridge we have installed a Culligan safe water purifier system. Yes, it is safe to drink the water! The dining area has an oversized square table with seating for 8.
LIVING SPACES
The spacious and comfortable living area has a ceiling fan and large designer furnishings. The living area is not intended for sleeping and does NOT have a sleeper sofa or bedding. This area is designed for comfortable late night conversations and the early risers. Begin your day without tip-toeing around sleeping guests! There is also a second sitting area for relaxing and reading.
The Grounds, Security, and Check In: BVG Marina has gorgeous grounds featuring a resort style infinity pool and children's pool both overlooking the beach. The deck and private beach furniture is comfortable and very stylish. There is a a full poolside bar with a limited menu. You will not have to ''save'' a chair or listen to an activity coordinators screaming out water aerobics! An entertainment room with billiards and card tables, tennis courts, business center, gym/fitness center and day spa with Jacuzzi and sauna/steam room.
SECURITY
24/7 Security at the gated entrance and the beach. There is a Schlag Lock box in the unit for your use.
CHECK-IN
Best Properties provides property management and will meet you at the property to properly check you in and insure you have everything you need. Best Properties can provide you with a private cook and maid upon request. They are available for emergency help and questions you may have.
Surroundings: The condo is located on Ixtapa Beach, or Playa Palmar and is very close (3 min. walk) to the Boat Marina. The Marina features several restaurants which serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chartered fishing trips and catamaran tours can be arranged at the Marina. The Marina Ixtapa Golf Club is located across the street. The golf club was built in 1994 and is ranked by Golf Digest as one of Mexico's best courses!
IXTAPA
Ixtapa is a small resort town which is walking distance from the BVG. Ixtapa offers many diverse, locally owned restaurants and shops.
ZIHUATANEJO
Only a short taxi cab ride away is Zihua. Zihua has a different feel than Ixtapa with it's fishing history and restaurants on the beach. There are many unique shops and a very large traditional Mexican market.
