One of a kind Estate. Your own private estate located in the hills above Malibu featuring an outdoor hot tub, horses, alpacas, ocean and mountain views. This estate offers horse back riding, pool table, horseshoe pit, mountain bike trails, motor bike trails, walking/jogging trails and is a short distance to the beaches & shopping in Malibu.

The 7,000 sq ft home nestled on a 45 acre bluff top and offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home was built in 2010 and includes a gourmet kitchen, large dining area and The Great Room features high ceilings with an ornate stairway leading up to the second and third floors. Also, you can play games or watch TV on the big screen.

Outdoor Areas: Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and in the evening enjoy walking along the vineyards and relaxing in the hot tub with a nice glass of wine. A large patio with lounging chairs and barbeque area. You can dine outside with 360° views of the mountains and ocean.

Driving Recommendation: Recommended car: SUV or Four Wheel Drive. Country Road leads to the home.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday. Lots of activities and the home was beautiful and spacious. Already planning for next year.
