Comfortable mountain family home, secluded yet convenient location

I've stayed in this vacation home during winter, spring, summer and fall. All have been beautful Vermont experiences. The home was a perfect place to comfortably enjoy different times of the year. Cooking was easy, as everything you need in the kitchen has been provided. Mealtimes by a bay window are easy on the eyes for everyone seated at the big dining table. Some bedrooms felt like the best of camping out and others even better but all the beds were inviting, soft, cozy spots.
What a fantastic place it was to be with my girlfriends just hanging out, hiking or venturing out to see the sights in Burke and quaint little nearby towns! There well lots of restaurant and the country festivals were really cool. We were delighted by the magnificent fall colors and waking one morning to the surprise of an early snowfall glistening in the sunshine.
Our family stay in winter was terrific. The kids played outside in the safe backyard which had just enough of a hill to make it fun. Unfortunately or not, I had the sniffles so I stayed in. It seemed like a blessing because I curled up in the warm den on a soft couch with a book and a lovely view when I wasn't reading or dozing. The best snow and a really great mountain that's used to practice by the U.S. ski team thrilled the rest of the family all day long.
Anyway, you get the idea so I won't go into what the other seasons and home offer.
