Luxury two bedroom fully self contained apartment.

To get the rare chance to escape the humdrum of daily living and experience a magical island getaway - Lagoon 004 on Hamilton Island is just what you need.On the resort side of the island, this ground floor apartment overlooks Catseye Beach.

Sit yourself on your own sun lounge on the patio with a champagne in hand, soaking up the stunning views, as you begin to unwind. The patio is an entertainment area all on its own, with an outdoor setting, sun lounges and your own private barbecue.

The apartment is completely self-contained, air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen and bath towels are supplied. All you need to bring is your own beach towels. There is a Plasma TV (Austar), DVD unit and stereo with CD player in the living room.

The large master bedroom opens on to the patio.The bedroom features a king size bed, TV (Austar), dressing room with ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 singles. There is a foldaway bed, cot and high chair available.

There's so much to keep you entertained on Hamilton Island. You have access to all resort facilities including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. As well as having access to the resort pools, all guests and residents of these apartments have the use of the beautiful Frangipani and Hibiscus private swimming pools, spa and two private barbeques.

There are many shops, activities and tours available as well as child minding and baby-sitting services. And if you feel like dining out, choose from more than ten restaurants or takeaway outlets. There's also a small supermarket and bakery.

To make it easy for you to explore the island, you'll have full use of a complimentary buggy, provided at Lagoon 004. We will pick you up and drop you back at the Airport or Ferry Terminal.

Most credit cards are accepted on the island.There's also an ATM outside the Westpac Bank on the harbour side of the island and EFTPOS facilities are available.

Hamilton Island is one of the 74 tropical islands in the Coral Sea, between the Queensland coast and and Great Barrier Reef. It is the largest inhabitied island in the Whitsundays, positioned nearly half way between the coastline of Mackay and Townsville.

More than 80% of Hamilton Island is natural tropical bushland, making it perfect for bushwalking and home to many native Australian animals and birdlife including kangaroos, wallabies, cockatoos and lorikeets.

Hamilton Island offers its guests a very extensive range of over 40 activities on a daily basis. These include Great Barrier Reef cruises, waterskiing, catamaran & yacht sailing, tennis, gymnasium, game fishing, nature walks, whale watching (mid July to September), scenic flights, safari tours or simply just relaxing by one of the six resort pools.

Golf: Hamilton Island Golf course was opened in 2010 and is on Dent Island - a short 5 minute boat trip from Hamilton Island.
