This 3 bedroom apartment is located on the same floor and adjacent to our two bedroom apartment in 99 Whiteman St.
This apartment on the 15th floor of the Yarra Crest building is larger than most, offering guests the luxury of space in addition to central location and breathtaking views.
Accommodation comprises 3 Kings, or 2 Kings and 2 Singles, or 1 King and 4 Singles, fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area with beautiful wooden floors in the living area, main bathroom (washing machine and dryer included), En suite with walk in robe and a balcony.
Open plan living area and bedrooms boast spectacular panoramic views over the city and or the bay.
The best of Melbourne is just a few minutes walk, along with supermarkets and the boutique shopping of South Melbourne Village. There is also a tram stop within 100 metres of the apartment which goes through the city in one direction, and to St Kilda Beach in the other direction.
The apartment is directly behind Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres and Crown Casino/Yarra river (150 metres). The CBD is across the river and accessible by four footbridges.
Facilities include heated indoor pool and gymnasium.
Tariff includes broadband internet, local calls and secure parking for TWO cars.
A well stocked supermarket and liquor within 50 metres. The apartment is self contained – all linen and towels are provided but the apartment is not serviced unless a service is booked.
This apartment is competitively priced at $350 - $400 per night for a minimum five nights. Pricing due peak season is higher and often incurs a minimum stay of seven nights.
This apartment has a strict minimum five night stay unless you are booking at the last minute (seven days before your travel) or filling a gap. We do not take one night stays under any circumstances.

Southbank stretches along the Yarra River from Melbourne Exhibition Centre (near Crown Casino) through to Princes Bridge / St Kilda Rd. With the cbd on the opposite bank, and offering a multitude of dining and entertaining options, Southbank is well deserving of its reputation as Melbourne's premier entertainment district.
Entertainment within the defined Southbank area includes the Arts Centre, encompassing the State Theatre, Playbox theatre and George Fairfax Studio, as well as the Hamer Hall (formerly Melbourne Concert Hall). Southgate is another focal point in Southbank and offers upmarket retail stores and dining, as well as a large food court. Markets are held on the Yarra River at this location each Sunday.
Crown Casino is a short stroll past the street entertainers (weekends and public holidays) and numerous restaurants, and offers 40 restaurants catering for every taste and budget, as well as high end shopping, gambling, movie theatre and ten pin bowling.
