Flat seaside of Mana, the building has 04 elevators, swimming pool, sauna, close to the Craft Market in Tambaú, banks, supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurant 50m from Mangai. It is a luxury flat, furnished. It has a suite, with double bed or two single beds, with split air conditioner, wardrobe and LCD TV. In the living room - with sofa bed, LCD TV and a split air conditioner, table and chairs. In the kitchen - fridge, microwave, stove, blender, set of pots, dishes, wine, etc.. View from the balcony and outdoor pool to the sea. It has high speed internet, WIFI and cable TV included in rent. We rented for short or long stay. Security 24 hours. Accommodation Maximum allowed: 4 people. Check-in: 14h, Check-out: 12h.

Moreover we have the most beautiful sunset on the beach where Jacare-sea and river are the sound of Ravel's Bolero. We still have the rich colonial churches, the sandbar called red sand beach at the Well and the famous nude beach - Tambaba in the town of Conde. Other Activities: Bakeries, Pharmacies, Commercial Shops, Supermarkets, Bookstores. Golf: The easternmost point of the Americas - The tip of Seixas and Cabo Branco Lighthouse. The Fortress of Santa Catarina - build 1585.
