|Minimum Stay||3 nights|
Centrally located in the heart of north end with city views and walking distance to the ocean and best restaurants in the city. Minutes from Faniuel Hall, the freedom trail, Paul Reveres house, the Boston Garden and more. Roof deck too! 5 min walk to subway
The property was exactly as described and pictured. The roof top terrace had an incredible view of the city. My husband and I took a picture up there with the North Church behind us and have since had it framed for our mantle-Beautiful view! The north end was quite a pleasant surprise. There were so many restaurants to choose from. There were excellent oyster bars, pubs and bakeries. There was a 24 hour bakery a block from the apartment - we became instant regulars. Patrick was an excellent host, answered any questions we had. We would definitely return.
The apartment was just as it was described. Just the right size for 2 couples. We didn't stay in the apartment very much, just to sleep and shower. The rooftop deck was a nice bonus. We had coffee in the morning up there and drinks late night to take in the Boston skyline. The location was just where we wanted to be. The only time we took the subway was to head over to Fenway and Copley Square. Everything else was in walking distance. Patrick the owner was pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to save a bit of money compared to the downtown hotels. Just do not forget, the unit is on the 4th floor and the steps are not too wide. Pack light.
Patrick was extremely responsive and clear in his communications. The apartment itself was exactly as described. The rooms were small, but well appointed and tidy. The location is in a perfect neighborhood--safe, full of things to do, options for sightseeing, play, or dining all within a 1 block radius. Less than a 10 minute walk to the hubub of Long Wharf. The only negative is also a positive--it's a 4th floor walkup, which means lots of steps, but also you're top floor with roof deck access. Can't really complain about that!
We had a great stay in this property. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to almost everywhere we needed to go, great neighborhood with lots of food choices. For the price of a hotel room we had space to spread out. Pat was easy to work with and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and stay here again.
If you are looking to stay in Boston's historic North End, then this is an ideal rental! A short walk from the Haymarket T station, and practically ON the Freedom Trail! The view from the roof deck at night was gorgeous. The apartment was clean, and exactly as described in the posting. Patrick was great and stayed in touch throughout our stay, even checking on us the first day to make sure we were settling in well. The apartment is close to all the greatest places to eat and extremely close to the Old North Church and Paul Revere's house. If I HAD to say something "negative" about the place, it would be climbing the 4 flights of stairs with luggage, but it was well worth the huffing and puffing!
The apartment was clean & well appointed, with plenty of room for 4 adults. It is very centrally located within the North End Italian district, with many great restaurants a short walk away, as well as grocery stores for eating in. All correspondence with Patrick was answered promptly. Would definitely recommend the apartment & certainly stay there again when next in Boston!
