This deluxe villa overlooking the picturesque fishing village of Kaminia combines traditional island architecture with every modern convenience.It has many wide terraces offering panoramic views of the nearby sea and of the distant hills of the Peleponnes. A light breeze frequently blows, which together with the open layout of the house ensures easy living both in and out doors.

The villa has a great style, there is a modern kitchen and heating as well as air conditioning for year round use. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and numerous sitting rooms opening on to the charming terraces which surround the house. The swimming pool area features an extensive patio with built-in sofas and the delightful open pool house with a colorful Italian tile mural depicting a typical island scene and a large dining table, seating 10.

No private motor vehicles are allowed on the island creating a relaxed atmosphere. The villa offers an ideal retreat for those seeking privacy and tranquility.
