Sun Villa is the ideal setting for a great family holiday, right by the Aegean sea. Its spacious 3 bed/3 bath accomodation is fully air-conditioned with beautiful sea views. Outside there is a lovely covered terrace with a BBQ and teak table and chairs, perfect for eating, relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views. The villa has a pretty private garden overlooking the large swimming pool, which is shared with the other 9 houses on this peaceful little complex built in an ancient olive grove.Inside is a large open plan living area with satellite TV and DVD/CD player, another casual seating area and a separate shower-room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, stove and dishwasher. Up the marble stairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with balconies overlooking the pool and bay, plus 2 extra bathrooms (and washing machine). All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.The villa is very conveniently located only 40mins drive from Bodrum airport and 35 mins from Bodrum centre.

Local beaches, restaurants and shops are a short stroll, so a car is not essential. The sea is 200m away, with a handful of pretty local restaurants right on the water’s edge with jetties for sunbathing and dining. A 15 min stroll around the bay brings you to the heart of the fishing village of Gundogan. The village has a wide range of waterside restaurants, 2 beaches, a harbour, and supermarket. On the bay you can enjoy a wide variety of water sports including wind surfing, dinghy sailing, diving, pedalloes, fishing, swimming, snorkelling and daily boat trips. There is a new golf course 15 mins drive away and local horse riding The village is on the quiet north shore of the Bodrum peninsula on Turkey’s beautiful Aegean coast. The airport is only a 35 min drive away. A car is recommended to explore the many pretty fishing villages and beaches in the area, and to visit Bodrum with its castle, amphitheatre, water park and marina. There are many ancient sites to visit including Ephesus

They are decorated in cream and blue with polished wooden floors and full air-conditioning and anti-mosquito machines. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided. The windows and balcony doors all have fitted mosquito screens. The front 2 bedrooms have beautiful views of the bay, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. A travel cot is provided for your use.

thank you for a wonderful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful villa which was tasteful, clean and had everything we needed and more! our teenage boys had a great time in the pool and also trying out all the water sports in the bay. we really enjoyed sitting on the covered terrace having a glass of our wine with our barbecue! the local restaurants were excellent too and there was so much to visit further afield. the weather was perfect and the view glorious day and night. One of our best family holidays!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this well-equipped villa with attractive setting and great views out over the bay. House is very comfortable and pool area is clean and well looked after.
Gundogan itself is a nice, smaller resort , quieter than some of the other places on the peninsula but works as a great base for exploring the rest of the area.

A week in paradise

We stayed at the villa for a fantastic 7 days in August. Guaranteed sunshine every day. A beautiful view from the villa across the bay of Gundogan, particularly at night with all the lights twinkling in the balmy air. Very comfortable accommodation with everything you could need, including a superb pool. Air conditioning in the house and a lovely cooling breeze outside. We ate out at some excellent but very reasonably priced restaurants in the town and in Yalikavak and Gumusluk but also cooked some delicious fish; only £12 for 5 big fat sea bream!
This is a perfect holiday destination, highly recommended.

Unforgetable Vacation at Gundogan / Turkey

We really enjoyed our stay in this exceptional villa - unfortunately we only stayed one week. The owner Caroline prepared everything so that we felt to be at home from the very beginning on. She organized a pick-up service with a local rental company (very interesting price and good service) so that we didn't had to use any GPS to get to the place during night. The villa offered all nice equipments (dish-washer, washing machine, satelite television..). We just had to go 10 steps down to a fantastic swimming pool (18 m long !!!!!) which was nearly only used by us. Kids liked it and the adults too. The house was very clean, no mosquitos (!!!) and the air condition was very usefull. Just to say, we will certainly return when coming to Turkey next time. Thanks a lot once more Caroline for all.

SUPER VILLA AU SOLEIL ET AU CALME

Une superbe villa, très agréable, bien placée et bien exposée, entièrement équipée grand confort, que nous vous conseillons pour une semaine de repos au soleil et au calme!
Magnifique vue dégagée sur la baie de Gundogan, à 200m du bord de mer.
Les petits déjeuners, déjeuners ou diners pris sous la tonnelle avec vue sur mer, les siestes sous le bougainvillier exubérant nous ont laissé un souvenir mémorable!
Et en prime une magnifique piscine de 17m très bien entretenue, quasi inoccupée par les résidents des 9 autres villas(turcs pour la plupart et très discrets).
Un vrai havre de paix, au son des cigales.
Les propriétaires l'ont décorée avec gout, les serviettes de toilettes et de bain sont fournies. Les 3 chambres sont climatisées, il y a 2 salles d'eau et une salle de bain. Du grand confort de qualité, sérieux et à prix abordable.
Gundogan est un petit village très sympathique, assez calme avec quelques dizaines de restaurants avec terrasses sur mer. En faisant 20 à 30 km, vous pouvez profiter de l'ambiance plus animée de Yalikavak, Turgutreis, et bien sur Bodrum!!!
Un excellent rapport qualité prix.
