Our house is situated in a quiet, sunny spot on the outskirts of Düren with unspoilt delightful views to the Eifel. On the ground floor, surrounding the fireplace, you will find the spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with an exit leading out to the garden and patios. On the same level there is a bedroom and a bright large bathroom with 2 washbasin & bathroom units, bath, shower, WC, urinal & bidet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a shower room with washbasin and WC and an open light-flooded gallery. A fully glazed gable with a balcony is the ideal place to relax. Of course there is also a hedged garden with 2 patios, garden furniture and private parking. The central location of Düren is ideal. Holland, Belgium, Cologne and Düsseldorf are within 30-40 minutes reach. Many interesting day excursions are possible in the further surroundings to places like Phantasialand, the Nürburg racing track and the vineyards bordering the Rhine, the Mosel and the Ahr.

Our Duren Expieriance

We were a family of eight with a wide age span ranging from my 16 year old teenager to his 70 year old grandparents and I tried to find the right property that pleases all. This property was the perfect choice in both comfort and location. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Mr. Becker who greeted us with wine.

There are three large bedrooms and one single bed room, two spacious bathrooms one with a shower.
It has a well equipped kitchen together with a nice garden where we loved to dine and relax after a tiring day out.
This is complimented with a large dining area and living room with Colour TV and HI FI equppment.
The place was very clean and well kept.
The property is facing open crop fields and has it's own Private parking

The location is a real quite area just outside the town center of Duren and is a good base for visiting the lovely cities of Cologne and Bonn. It is also perfectly located and only took us between 1 to 2 hours drive to visitt the neighbouring countries of Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg.

I recommend this property to anyone.

A really interesting house with plenty of room and facilities set in a great area for exploring cities ( Koln and Aaachen) and countryside. We all really enjoyed our stay, particaularly sitting in the garden and cooking after days out.
