Newly renovated cottage situated in a quiet residential neighborhood , and just a 10 minute scenic drive to Niagara Falls. We are located on Grand Island, nestled in the Mighty Niagara River bordering the US/Canadian border. Buckhorn State Park is a 5 minute walk and offers a 3 mile nature trail that ends at a peninsula in the Niagara River with a view of the Mist from the Falls. Beaver Island State Park is a 15 minute drive and has a swimming beach and picnic areas. There is a local restaurant which is a 5 minute walk and offers a fabulous Western New York Fish Fry! The City of Buffalo is a 20 minute drive as well and offers a wealth of activities , live music and great restaurants. Whether you are looking to enjoy the great outdoors, see the Falls, enjoy the city or just kick back and relax, our cottage is ideal.

Our stay and experience was outstanding!

Nancy and Tom were very easy to deal with, and everything was just as described/pictured on the website.

For our party of 8 adults, the space and amenities were more than sufficient. The added touches (maps with directions ready; coffee/cream and fruit awaiting us) were also impressive.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was as it said in the ad. Nancy was really nice and catered to all my needs. She gave me a map to the area showing me stuff to do around places to go! All in all me and my folks had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay!

We wanted to spend my son's spring break in the Niagara area and found this house. The house was perfect! Tom and Nancy were so easy to work with and had more than met our expectations. The house was well stocked with dishes, supplies and even fruit and coffee. We have rented several houses in the past and found Tom and Nancy to be one of the most accomodating owners we have come across.

My husband and I travelled with our 12 year old son, 8 month old daughter, and mother-in law. The house was very clean and the baby had tons of room to crawl and play while we had no worries of her getting into something she shouldn't. The house was safe for her and plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our free time. There is a nice back yard and my husband and son spent their evenings playing catch.

Although we got to see the falls and Fort Niagara, it was too cold for Maid of the Mist and some of the other attractions to be running. Grand Island has everything you need and it's all within a very short drive of the house. Everyone we came across was very pleasant and helpful. We would like to come back and visit the area and if we do, we will definitely come back and stay with Nancy and Tom.

Our family of six stayed in this home during a weekend getaway to the Niagara Falls. Everything shown on the website is accurate and Nancy and her family offer outstanding customer service. The whole experience was far superior to staying in a hotel. Only 15 minutes to the Niagara Falls State Park. You can walk or run through the nearby park on the Niagara River. The rental home itself is tucked into a subdivision of modest homes, with plenty of privacy. Would love to come back again and spend more time. Definitely an A+ experience.

Great stay

We stayed at this house while visiting family on Grand Island. It was so nice being close to family and to Niagara Falls. It was my wife, myself, and our two kids. This house fit us perfectly. It had everything we needed for our week long stay.

We will certainly come back again. The owners were so very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
