Huge balcony and floor to ceiling windows overlooking Atlantic ocean and city.

Unit has everything you need to feel as though at home.

Has many amenities:wide privet beach, zero-entry pool a few steps from beach,modern style

professionally managed health spa, state-of-the-art fitness centers, steam and sauna,

Business center in lobby, wourld class restaurant, two bars, small supermarket,

Two outdoor Jacuzzis.

Our accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS:: Location is excellent. For those not familiar with area, you have everything you might need

Within walking distance. For example: Walgreens, Starbucks, Inernational restaurants,

Cafe's, supermarket, 3 companies rent a car. A few bus routes same block.

Beach equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, which you can rent. The staff is courteous and helpful

Or relax around pool with beach towels, which service person will give to you.

By pool side there are bar,which serve drinks and quick lunch and small market,

On hotel property and unit no facilities for disable guests.

Great condo on the beach !

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights , the room was clean , view was stunning, access to beach was perfect! Perfect for family vacation! everything you need is there! Extra beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer. Shops and resturants across the street, few minute drive to aventura. Alex and luba were very welcoming and nice. I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone and would stay here again! Thank you alex and luba for making our stay so pleasant !!

Middel-aged couple from Finland

We arrived back to Finland last night from our vacation, We spent it in this Condo, it was perfect to us, and we spent our holiday only in good quality hotels. Everything was like Alex told to us by email. He is Charmant and honest gentleman who waiting us in hotel when we arrived. Everything going great. Everybody was friendly and helpful to us. We have rental car from Intl. Airport and we recommered to rent a car, because there is place for car and it was cheap to rent. Nearby is food markets by walking distance. Aventura Mall is about 3 miles away (google it). Condo was clean and good condition, as like in photos.
We recommered this place to everybody and to our friends also, Thank you Alex so much, see you !!
