This charming condo faces the ocean. It has 2 flat screen TV's and a patio that overlooks the condominium's 2 swimming pools; one heated and one not heated. The master bathroom has some user-friendly features including a comfort height toilet (taller than average) and handrails in the shower to help prevent falling. There is a clothes washer and dryer right inside the condo unit. It has a well appointed kitchen and a beautiful, large dining table. The parking lot has parking spaces directly in front of this condo's front door. This spacious condo includes a master bedroom with a full master bathroom and a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bunk bed above a queen size bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the condo that was purchased 2010 during the remodel.   • Rental fee per night + cleaning & key fee
  • The Pelican Condominium charges an end of stay cleaning fee of $90 plus a $25 key handling fee. Add to that the rental fee per night:

    From the end of May until the middle of August there is a one week minimum stay required.

    We also require a $300 security deposit check. This check is not cashed and will be mailed back to you 20 days after departure.

  • A professional decorator remodeled the condo in August 2010. The bathrooms were included in the remodel. The master bathroom is equipped with a comfort height toilet and a safety bar is located inside the shower to prevent falls.

Notes: There is shuffle board court on the property. I like the way there are no sidewalks in front of the patio. It makes the condo more private. Also, since it is on the first floor there is quick access to the condo as you don't have to wait for elevators or climb stairs to get from the condo to the beach or your car. There is also a parking space right outside the front door of the condo.

My husband and I stayed here for one entire week in May and affectionately came to call our condo rental the Bird's Nest. The condo itself is well maintained and clean and has everything you could need. The owner is warm and welcoming . The facilities are excellent and we found the staff and other residents to be pleasant and engaging. The location is conveniently located and you could get everything within minutes of driving. We have stayed in several other units in the New Smyrna Beach area but this one is definitely our favorite!

Brought my entire family to this New Smyrna Beach Condo (8 of us). Had a great experience! Very close to the beach, only a short one-minute walk. The condo was immaculate, three bedrooms, one with a twin bunk-beds, a pack and play for our youngest granddaughter. Plenty of pool and beach accessories including chairs, umbrellas, and kids stuff. Kitchen fully equiped, large area to cook, large fridge/freezer to keep our food supplies and one large dining tables. Felt secure. Pools were comfortable and one of them was heated . The area is very pleasant, New Smyrna Beach shops are small town feel with good dining options. The Beach is uncrowded with expansive sand. Granddaughters had field day running on beach, collecting shells, beach toys, buckets and plastic shovels/rakes provided. The condo is also a few hours from Disney. Owner was great to work with: prompt, polite, and professional. Returned our deposit within a few days of departure. Highly recommended, descriptions accurate. Our new favorite.

The condo was lovely, the complex was great, and its location was excellent. The furnishings are top of the line and in perfect condition. The condo's floor plan provides more than ample space. Both the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry facilities are fully stocked. The owner was very nice and provided a lot of helpful hints. We also appreciated the time he took to orientate us to both the condo and complex. We would also like to thank the staff for letting us to use their private parking space.Thanks - we enjoyed the complimentary bottle water, apple juice and champagne upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this property to others. P.S. there are BBQ grills nearby!

Great place to vacation in style

Wow! this place is one of the best we stayed at in our 5 years in coming to Orlando area. The pictures you see on the page are exactly how it looks inside, but looks even better in person. The owner was nice and very helpful. Everything you need was in the Condo from kitchen ware to beach chairs . We can't wait to return to New Smyrna Beach next time where we have founded our vacation home. This is a 5 star Condo and with a 3 star condo price. The ocean view is super! Also, waking up in the sun rising was amazing.

Great Family Vacation Place!

We stayed one week with our two small children and can't say enough good about the accomadations. It was the perfect location (walking distance from the beach). Everything you can think of was provided. The kitchen is well stocked (we love to cook!), beds were very comfortable, and the layout of the house suited our needs perfectly. Lots of open space so the kids could play while we prepared dinner and when it was time for the kids to go the bed we could socialize without waking them up. The pool was clean and a refreshing break from the beach; the covered patio offered needed shade at mid day. The easy to use grill made our evening meals tasty and memorable. We loved the area of New Smyrna Beach. Great place will go again!
