A cypress lined track leads to Villa Franceschino for up to 8 guests (4 dbl bdrms) or up to 12guests if taken with the close by cottage with 2 dbl bdrms. The property is located less 10mns drive to Lastra a Signa with a large range of shops and walking distance to a fine restaurant. Florence is only 15mns drive/bus. This charming country home is traditional in some parts (beamed ceilings and cotto floors) are harmoniously blended with more modern twists and vibrant colours. The same care was also taken to restore the cottage which can also be rented for larger parties. The delightful garden has plenty of enchanting corners in which to relax or simply enjoy a meal at the equipped gazebo, provided for the sole usage of guests. The screened pool is 30m equidistant to the house and cottage.
