This 3 bedroomed villa is set in a complex of well designed modern villas, 300 meters from the beach of Chlorakas, next to the Akteon Village Hotel. The Eleni Hotel and St George Hotel are a five minute walk away on the road facing the sea. The villa has private courtyard parking and garden. There is a modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Guests have the use of the attractive gardens and swimming pool that form part of this private complex. All the nearby hotels have further swimming pools with stunning sea views. Holiday rental prices are £300-£400 (sterling a week, depending on number of persons and time of year.) A welcome basket can be arranged for your convenience at the villa and includes essential groceries , such as water, milk and bread. This can be useful for night flight arrivals. We can always arrange transport from the airport (8miles) and also arrange cheap car hire should you require it.

Nearest Airport: Paphos 5 miles, Coral Bay 4 miles at 8 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 300.0 Metres
Car: recommended
Paphos center is 3 miles away. All of the beaches along the coast are open to public access and the beautifully designed resort of Coral Bay is 4 miles to the west (several buses run daily). Paphos water park is recommended for a good family day out. Along the coast after Coral bay is Akamas, an area that is a National Reserve. Wildlife, vegetation and geology is protected here and nature trails are open to the public. Paphos harbour, the historic Tomb of the kings, Medieval Fort and Aphrodites Rock are just a few of the local sights.
