House with 05 suites, 03 suites with double beds and two suites with 01 bunk. Dining room / living, open kitchen, laundry, deck with barbecue, wood oven, bathroom and pool. All rooms have pillows, bedding and bath. Two suites with air conditioning, type 'split' and the other with fans. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove 06 burners, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and tableware. Laundry room with washing machine. Lounge with TV, DVD and SKY (open channels). WiFi Internet garage for up to 03 (three) cars. The house has 05 (five) networks. Number of people: The house has five (05) suites with accommodations for ten (10) persons and is allowed to enter a maximum of fifteen (15) persons.
