i took a place for south by southwest in a great neighborhood. the accommodations were perfect, clean, modern. thoughtful and tasteful touches. a perfect getaway. great bed and bedding, so important!
i am definitely going back. it made my austin experience perfect. i very highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Just completed a two night last minute stay at this property. This actually a cluster of 8 townhomes. We stayed in one of them. It was very nice. Clean, well maintained, nice sized backyard and comfortable for my wife, young daughter and dog. I think it might be a little tight for a large family or one with a couple of older children. Dominique is the manager. She was very accommodating and helpful. We had a small issue with the heater. Nothing that major but she did everything she could to assist us and rectify the situation. I can't say enough about her. I booked this stay literally hours before arriving. No issues. It is very convenient to SoCo, downtown and Town Lake. I will say that I wish the driveway were a little less steep but other than that, I honestly can't complain. I'm looking forward to my next stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Nice Stay

We spent three nights at this property and fully enjoyed it. A total of four of us which worked out just fine. Property was well maintained, unit was in great shape and had all the amenities we were looking for. Location is nice, not far from South Congress and downtown. Dominique was very helpful through the booking process and check in was painless.

If you are looking to lounge around and watch TV, might be a bit of a drawback as just antenna channels on the TV and not a lot of space if more than four people watching. TV was a nice HD panel. We weren't there for that so no issue for us. Internet worked fine.

Bottom line; highly recommended if you are looking for a clean, comfortable rental close to Austin's main attractions. We would definitely book here again on any future Austin trip.

Nice Place to Stay

Stayed here early November and was glad the townhome was just as described for the most part. I was looking forward to the tempurpedic mattresses but they weren't what I expected. We slept well, but it was more of a regular mattress w/ a tempurpedic topper.
Also, if you have more than 2 staying in the townhome, the 2 side chairs in the living room aren't designed to relax in and watch a movie. The two chairs in ours didn't even have arms.

We decided it was too far to walk to 6th Street and got a cab for about $10 each way.
In short: the place was very nice, clean, roomy, well lit, modern...just not a place for more than 2 people to comfortably relax and watch a movie (if you like to do that sort of thing)...the big TV and Netflix were nice to have though!
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Thank you for your input! In response to your comments ....We decided on getting tempurpedic toppers because guests have complained that our tempurpedic mattresses were too soft. We thought the modern look of the chairs suited the room well but will certainly be on the look out for chairs that match the modern stream line look that are better for TV watching..Im surprised a cab costs $10 to downtown ...Downtown is only 5 blocks away...Cant help but wonder if the cabbie drove you the wrong way....all and all thank you for your input...We like to know how our guests feel and always try to grow and stay on top of our guests needs

Awesome place to stay in central Austin

I came to Austin for a long weekend to see Jimmy Vaughan play at Antones and to visit a friend. When I arrived at the condo I was given a choice of which unit I wanted to stay in. Each one was so unique with its own musical theme and furnishings that I had a hard time deciding. I finally settled on the Willie Nelson one. All the units must have been very recently updated because they were all super new looking and clean. The one I stayed in had bamboo flooring, and the bedrooms were upstairs and had really nice white fluffy linens. There was plenty of parking right in front of the building.
The location was also great. We were able to walk to downtown Austin in just a few minutes. I'm not that familiar with Austin but there were a lot of really cool shops, restaurants and bars in the downtown area that we walked to.
Overall, I'd say this is probably one of the better places to stay in the area and it was a great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again. Actually, I plan to come back in November with my boyfriend for the F1 car race and we are planning to stay here then.
Oh, and Jimmy Vaughan was great! Also the opening band was awesome too, an all girl band. I think they were called Blue Bonnets or something like that. Highly suggest checking them out if you're in Austin.
