I went to Austin last year with my wife and two kids and stayed at this property. Great place, Very comfortable and clean. Super convenient location. The property manager is also very good: always available and helpful. Definitely recommended!

This townhouse is in perfect location for people who want to adventure into downtown and for people who want to try out some amazing food trucks just south of the river! The house was super clean and comfortable. It has definitely been updated on the inside and had numerous kitchen appliances to use. We fit 5 girls in there with no problem and we still felt like everyone had space. Dominique was very helpful in answering my questions about the location and I would highly recommend this townhouse to any of my friends making a trip down to Austin in the future. I would highly recommend visiting the numerous food trucks just south of the townhouse and taking a short cab ride over to the bars on Rainey Street! Thanks again Dominique!

i took a place for south by southwest in a great neighborhood. the accommodations were perfect, clean, modern. thoughtful and tasteful touches. a perfect getaway. great bed and bedding, so important!
i am definitely going back. it made my austin experience perfect. i very highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Just completed a two night last minute stay at this property. This actually a cluster of 8 townhomes. We stayed in one of them. It was very nice. Clean, well maintained, nice sized backyard and comfortable for my wife, young daughter and dog. I think it might be a little tight for a large family or one with a couple of older children. Dominique is the manager. She was very accommodating and helpful. We had a small issue with the heater. Nothing that major but she did everything she could to assist us and rectify the situation. I can't say enough about her. I booked this stay literally hours before arriving. No issues. It is very convenient to SoCo, downtown and Town Lake. I will say that I wish the driveway were a little less steep but other than that, I honestly can't complain. I'm looking forward to my next stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Nice Stay

We spent three nights at this property and fully enjoyed it. A total of four of us which worked out just fine. Property was well maintained, unit was in great shape and had all the amenities we were looking for. Location is nice, not far from South Congress and downtown. Dominique was very helpful through the booking process and check in was painless.

If you are looking to lounge around and watch TV, might be a bit of a drawback as just antenna channels on the TV and not a lot of space if more than four people watching. TV was a nice HD panel. We weren't there for that so no issue for us. Internet worked fine.

Bottom line; highly recommended if you are looking for a clean, comfortable rental close to Austin's main attractions. We would definitely book here again on any future Austin trip.
