BEAUTIFUL OCEAN/SUNSET VIEWS

Bottom Line: I will rent this place again. Steve was very responsive, answered questions via text promptly, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The area is very very quiet. There is a store very close by that is reasonably priced (better than Queen's Marketplace), great place to run, and a great placed to lounge outside and watch the sunset. The beds were extremely firm and the couch was uncomfortable, but those are the only two gripes I have about the place. I spoke with Steve about making the beds and couch a bit more comfy, and hoping that next time the place will be even more perfect.

This house is a joy to behold. I have rented lots of propertys abroad in my time but this house is the best yet. It has absolutly everything you could ever want. It is emaculatly clean and very spacious. It is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and is highly recommended. I will certainly try to book this property again in the future. The owner keeps in contact throughout the booking procedure and cannot be more helpful, no matter how stupid the question.
All in all, top marks to a superb dwelling.

This house had a million dollar 180 degree Ocean View! The sunsets were spectacular. One morning, we got up early and watched the full moon set. The house was stocked with everything you could need on a Hawaiian Vacation. The internet service was fast and the laundry worked perfectly. We made most meals at the home after a quick stop at Costco for supplies and were able to prepare everything at the house. In planning the trip, the home owner contacted me within minutes whenever we had a question. The Tempur-Pedic Bed was so comfy. There was no need to use the air conditioner because the airflow and the constant wind kept the home at a perfect temperature. The home is near a market and close to our favorite beach on the island, Hapuna Beach. We have stayed on the Big Island many times but this home was by far our favorite accommodation. We loved it so much, we have made an offer on a property in the same subdivision!

Things that could maybe be different:
(1) The TV does not have a DVR which meant we weren't going to watch it! We don't do commercials. We ended up relaxing and reading books which only enhanced our visit. However, if you want to watch TV, this could be annoying.
(2) If you want regular air without air conditioning like we did and the wind stops, the home is equipped with ceiling fans. These weren't quite enough for us. We ended up purchasing a nice box fan at the local Kmart and checked it as baggage on the return flight.

Overall, pick this home! You won't regret it.
