NEWLY RENOVATED LUXURY 6 BED/4 BATH VILLA

This was our first time going to Florida and Disney with our family. We stayed for one week and from the first inquiry in to the property until we returned home, Ann was always super easy to deal with.

Location - The home is located in the Hampton Lakes subdivision and is roughly a 20-30 minute drive from Disney parks-ideal for coming back to rest mid-day. It's approximately 90 minutes to Coco Beach. The subdivision has a very nice community pool, small playground and beautiful sand volleyball court. It was too cold to make use of the pool but we did have lots of fun playing in the sand at the volleyball court! The community had great sidewalks to get out and enjoy the sunshine for leisurely walks. I always felt safe there.

House Ammenities - The images are an accurate representation of the property. The house was very clean and free of any offensive odors. The couch and love seat were comfortable. You don't sink in to it when you sit. I would recommend a few bar stools or other form of seating as these were the only options when gathering in the great room. The pack-n-play was much appreciated. The washer and dryer were fabulous to have available. The dryer is a little slow to completely dry but manageable.

Beds - The bedrooms are huge! While there's nothing like sleeping in your own bed, all of these beds were comfortable. The linens were clean and extra blankets are provided for those cooler nights. There are not ceiling lights in the upstairs bedrooms so they're a little dark in the evening with just a small lamp to give light but it's manageable. It's not as though you are spending much time in there anyway.

Baths - The bathrooms were very spacious and clean. There were plenty of linens provided for all 4 of them.

Pool - My kids loved it! Only a couple of negatives.. (1) The switch to turn the spa on is actually outside of the house. We had a hard time figuring it out and had to call the management company. (2) Our pool heat was not on intially when we got there. When it was finally turned on the pool heated up nicely and it was like swimming in bath water. We loved the security fence with our kiddos. It gave nice peace of mind. Lots of time spent here!

Management Comapny - The resource folks are very accommodating. We needed help with the pool and they were quick to help us. They also came and set out the recycling and trash before we even had the chance to do it. There was almost always someone milling about the community fixing things.
