Our family loves coming to Moab to hike, bike and relax. We live in Colorado and it's just a few hours to come from the mountains into the high desert of Moab.

We chose Moab because it is an incredibly beautiful and fun place to be. The red rock scenery, the huge Cottonwoods along the Colorado River (Moab is truly a desert oasis), the history, the quirky small town, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks...Moab is very unique and there's much to do if you enjoy the outdoors.
We snapped up this unit as it was being built because of its downtown location. Moab zoning does not allow nightly rentals in most of downtown, and most condos of this size are far out of town.
Our home comfortably sleeps 8 and comes with a completely equipped kitchen, including a gas grill and outdoor dining area and hot tub.
Spacious accomodations, everything you need in the condo, walking distance to town, close to a biking/walking trail along a creek. We had a wonderful time and would stay in the condo again. We hiked Arches, took a hummer tour and rafted with Moab Adventure Center, took a sunset boat cruise along the Colorado, toured petroglyphs and enjoyed wonderful local cuisine. It was a great family vacation!
The condo is spacious and in a great central location. We were able to ride to and from the condo, walk to downtown restaurants, etc. The garage was great for storing our mountain bikes and private hot tub excellent for soothing sore muscles. Overall a great place to base your Moab adventures from.
The condo slept 8 people well, was clean and neat when we arrived and was an excellent location to base our mountain bike adventures from. The private hot tub and association pool were great. You can walk to restaurants and ride directly to the trails. Overall a great place to stay that we will recomend to friends and wouldn't heasitate to rent again.
The Foran's property in Moab was ideal for us. We were 4 adults and 4 children (7, 4, 2 and .5). The master bedroom was large enough for the baby's travel crib and we put an air matress in the master closet for the 2 year old while our friends used the other 2 bedrooms. The living area is large and inviting and the big dining table was great to have meals around in the morning and in the evening after playing in Moab all day long! The open floorplan was great and having a garage for bikes and gear is a major bonus. We all can not wait to go back. The location is perfect too.
We went to Moab with another family so in total there were 4 adults and 4 kids. This place was perfect. Close to the pool and spacious enough so that no one ever felt on top of each other. We will continue to book this Brno for each trip to Moab. Thanks again.
WE HAD TWO FAMILYS IN THIS HOUSE AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM, THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED WITH EXTRA PILLOWS AND BLANKETS, THE BIG GARAGE WAS AWSOME WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE THE TOPS OFF OUR JEEPS AND THEN PARK THEM IN THE GARAGE AT NIGHT. THE HOT TUB WAS GREAT AFTER A DAY OF HICKING TO DELICATE ARCH. WE HAVE USED HOME AWAY ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS NOW AND THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST. THANKS ED YOU ARE THE BEST WE WILL BE SEEING YOU AGAIN WE WILL DEFFINATLY STAY HERE ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO MOAB.
