We are pleased to offer a spacious 2 bedroom self catering apartment situated on La Finca Golf Course, just outside the Village of Algorfa, and approx 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach at Guardamar. Quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes from the larger resorts such as Alicante and Torrievieja. With plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. This apartment has access to a communal pool, with a shallow end and baby pool perfect for the children, making this the ideal holiday for families or couples alike. Leading from the living room is a terrace, furnished with outdoor garden suite ideal for enjoying a glass or two of wine on a warm evening. Just down from the terrace is a decked area in private garden which is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al-fresco.

Nearby local historical towns of Murcia, Alicante and Torrevieja have lots to do see and explore, including the Santa Barbara castle in Alicante along with many fabulous churches. The Costa Blanca coast line has some of Spain's most beautiful beaches especially Guardamar and its lovely oasis of sand dunes, with lots of water sports and kitesurfing in the area.Visit one of the many water parks or head towards Benidorm to visit the theme parks - Terra Mitica or Terra Natura. Take a mud bath in the local salt lakes or just walk or cycle around the lakes and watch the flocks of flamingos. With so many fabulous restaurants to chose from you really are spoilt for choice. Visit the local village of Rojales to see the beautiful shell house , take a look at the caves which are used by local craftsmen to sell their wares to tourists. Head into the mountains to visit the hot springs or venture of the beaten track to find one of the many restaurants serving traditional Spanish food.

    A non refundable 25% deposit is required at time of booking, For cancellations under 1 month 50% will be charged, under 2 weeks 75% will be charged. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
  • Room clean is 35 Euros.

Golf: This 5* award winning luxury La Finca golf course is one of the newest courses in the province of Alicante, it is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera, in the Algorfa district right in the heart of the Segura region. This is a challenging 18 hole course is designed to host top tournaments. With fantastic views, several lakes with running water and reed beds all add charm and challenge to this course. The Spanish open is due to be held here in April 2009. Other golf courses of Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campomor and La Marquesa are all within a 15-20 minute drive enabling a variety of courses to be played. We are happy to help with all arrangements for booking tee times, buggy hire and club hire if required. Please call or E-mail for further details.
