HUGE APARTMENT, EXCELLENT LOCATION!

Dear All,
I stayed in this apartment for aproximately six weeks with my wife and three children (all under age 5). Bottom line, I would buy the apartment for myself if I could.
1. The location is ideal. It is located in northern Tel Aviv between Ramat Aviv and Hetzeliyah Pituach and is considered one of the best neighborhoods in Israel (and very expensive too). It is literally a three minute drive to what I consider the best beach in Tel Aviv (hof hatzootz). Also, right around the corner and a 5 minute walk away is a wonderful country club with swimming pools, gymboree, tennis courts, excercise room and restaurant available for a small fee. Additionally, in the same complex there is a supermarket, dry cleaner, pharmacy, pediatrician, veterinarian, coffee/bakery, and other shops. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented, lots of strollers, and a huge playground right outside.
2. The apartment is huge. Each of my kids had thier own huge bedroom, there is one big bathroom with full bath, one small bathroom with a toilet and sink and we had a beautiful bathroom with a shower and toilet in our master bedroom. The apartment had an excellent washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. Marble tiled floor all around, modern bathroom fixtures, plenty of closet space and a full set of dishes, towels, and linens. The terrace is absolutely beautiful with views of the medditeranean and sailboats sailing the seas. I had a cup of coffee on the terrace every morning and it is one of the things I loved the most.
3. The broker, Jocelyn, was very nice and professional. She kept in touch before during and after my stay. She even filled the refrigerator with some basic food for us, prior to our arrival. She was very honest and upfront and was always available for questions or concerns. She was truly a pleasure to deal with.
4. Parking. The apartment came with an indoor parking space which was very helpful as parking in the area was scarce.
I am so happy that my memories of this trip to Israel will revolve around this beautiful apartment. When I do go back, I will definitely stay here again and I highly, highly, recommend this place to anyone. We shopped around had considered staying in Tel Aviv by the tourist area but it was too noisy and not best suited for children. We also looked at places in Hertzliya Pituach but there is not much going on there and it is a bit further from the action of Tel Aviv.
