Beautiful NEW BEACHFRONT condominium overlooking the bay in the quaint unspoiled town of San Juan Del Sur which is located south of Managua airport and only 30 minutes from the border with Costa Rica. The condominium is 'right on the beach' and walking distance to restaurants, bars and all amenities. There is a private beachfront clubhouse where you have the facility of self catering with kitchen/bar area. There is a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool and direct access to a lovely stretch of sandy beach.

THIS CONDO CONSISTS OF:: The condominium is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. The top of the line kitchen includes a full cooker/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stainless steel hood. There is a laundry room in the unit with separate washer and dryer. Two bedrooms , one with a King Size bed and the other with twin beds. All with comfortable new mattresses, two full bathrooms, living/dining room with breakfast bar and granite countertops. Spacious balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Large flat screen TV and cable TV with English speaking channels. FREE INTERNET access in the condo. This condominium is very comfortably furnished. SPECIAL AIRPORT PICK UP BY RELIABLE TAXI DRIVER : We can organise to have an English speaking local taxi driver to meet you on arrival at Managua airport or the place you choose and bring you to the condo in San Juan del Sur - please contact us for rates. Please give us full details of arrival time etc so we can arrange this for you.

CAR HIRE AND TOURS: We can organise a car hire for you on arrival ( only recommended if you have been to Nicaragua before) Better alternative is to have one delivered at your condo the next day . Please contact us with type of car and we will be happy to give you a quotation. Many tours like fishing, surfing, boating, biking, horseback riding, zip line, sightseeing of many nearby towns like the Colonial City of Granada, car hire etc. Any of these can be arranged by contacting us and booking prior to arrival.

San Juan del Sur is a quaint seaside town with a horseshoe bay located South of Managua airport and only a 30 minute drive to the border with Costa Rica. The inhabitants, only a mere 16,000, are very friendly and hospitable. The sea front promenade has an array of Restaurants and bars where one can sample local fish and cuisine. There are many Surf stores in town and they will organise for you a trip to one of the nearby surf beaches and include surfing instruction if you so wish. At only an hour or so away you can also visit the colonial town of Granada with its ancient churches, beautiful lake, Volcano and marketplace where you will find an abundance of artifacts, pictures etc all made by local craftsmen.

There is also a TV unit and TV in this room.

This 2 bedroom condo was the perfect vacation rental for our family. The condo was clean and well furnished. We particularly enjoyed how quiet it was - we often felt like we were at our own private resort! The pool was frequently maintained and the beach was just a few steps past the pool. The location was great - being at the end of the bay created a very quiet and peaceful area - but the walk into town was quick and easy. Our favourite restaurants in town were the Blue Marlin, Cafe Barrio, and Josseline's. The Taco Stop was great for a quick bite as well. We had the suggested driver, Oscar, meet us at the airport and used his services throughout our stay (day trip to Granada and day trip to Hermosa Beach) as well as our return trip to the airport. We would highly suggest using Oscar's services as well. The property manager, Christine, was very helpful and had great communication.
