Villa Oceanis is a new home that offers every modern comfort for 4 adults and 2 children, 2 bedrooms (one with queen size bed and one with a full size bed plus a bunk bed) each bedroom has its own bathroom and A/C.

The covered terrace overlooks the pool and has a table, Gas BBQ and a daybed - great for napping! the tropical garden overlooking the ocean with direct access, with hammock and chairs.
We also have wireless internet throughout the house, into the pool!
This charming house is located in a small village by the sea, 4 minutes from the famous surf spot of Playa Negra and 30 min. the seaside town of Tamarindo.
We also provide you with our staff, manager (speaking English, French and Spanish), housekeeper, gardener, driver with bus and cook.
