This one of a kind, environmentally sensitive mountain home boasts sweeping views from the sunrise ridge and Sundance village to the ski slopes, black forest and the entire Mt. Timpanogos cirque, inviting the beauty of the pristine mountains inside, with huge picture windows that display stunning views from every room and multiple decks. Enjoy majestic Mt. Timpanogos from the main living area and from the large master bedroom suite. The stunning ski slope views from the main living room and spacious deck offer a uniquely magical display of nature during every season.

The kitchen, dining area and living room, with their large open spaces, crackling wood-burning fireplace, and 2 walk out decks combine to create the perfect atmosphere for a night of entertaining. All bedrooms are in their own private location. This home is situated on a very secluded lot, yet it is conveniently located just ½ mile above the Sundance resort village.

  • $395 to $750 per night
  • Rental rates reflect the lodging rate for up to 8 guests. $10.00 will be charged for each additional guest. 10 guests maximum. Only adults 25 years of age or older may make a rental reservation.

    This home may accept pet guests upon prior approval. Nightly pet fee of $20 applies, plus $150 pet damage deposit.
    Dogs only, no cats.

    These policies must be respected.

    Check-in time: 3:30pm or later
    Check-out time: 10:30am or earlier
  • Rental Deposit, Damage Deposit, Cancellation Policy:
    A 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance of the rental payment must be received within 30 days of the check-in date. A credit card # will be requested initially to hold the reservation until the deposit payment is received. The credit card # also serves as a damage deposit in the event the renter's group damages the property.
    Cancellation Policy: A full refund of deposit will be given upon receiving a written cancellation request by 5:00pm, 30 days prior to the check-in date. No refunds offered for cancellations with less than 30 days notification as it is difficult to re-rent the cabin with short notice.
