AWESOME OCEANVIEW CONDO ON BEAUTIFUL NEW SMYRNA BEACH - NO DRIVE ON BEACH!

Condo was clean and in excellent location to everything. Owner was very nice and so was the staff at the complex. Balcony was on the shady side so it was chilly, but we picked the dates :) condo had everything you need from kitchen stuff to beach chairs and toys. Beach is beautiful and quiet, pool was heated. Great price. If you visit, you have to go to new Smyrna dunes park, it's amazing. We would definitely stay again!

The shower door fell off and the top rail came loose the first night there and the sink in the master bathroom would not hold water, the condo needs these few minor repairs to improve it. The listing description was accurate, photos good and totally related the inside of the condo. The dishes, silverware and cooking utensils needed to be washed before we could use them, especially the cutlery set on the counter.(Not a big fan of dishwashers). Had a problem with some kind of insects in the kitchen area also could use some attention. I did however, appreciate having the computer on site for plane confirmations and other important notifications.. Everyone was very helpful in answering our questions and we would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a relaxing beautiful vacation.

Our recent weeks stay at Sea Coast room #314 was wonderful!!!! The condo was beautifully decorated and provided us with everything we needed. A welcome basket was there upon our arrival which was very thoughtful....have never experienced that before in our many trips to New Smyrna Beach at other condos. We appreciate Ms. Dempsey's hospitality and helpfullness in all aspects of our renting the condo. This will definately be the place we return!!! Thanks again!!!!
