This condo is even better in person than the photographs. It was a great location. 4 miles from airport, 6 miles from downtown, 4 miles from shopping in Old Scottsdale. Enterprise Car Rental is close and yes they will pick you up and drop you off. Owners live close by and go above and beyond to meet your needs. I will surely rent this condo again on a future trip to Phoenix. Thanks for a great vacation.

Three older gentlemen

This is the second year that we have rented the townhouse, and both times it was a fantastic experience.
For us the location is perfect. It is close to our favorite golf courses and an easy drive to the airport. The townhouse is great with everything we needed, and the owners have been very kind. They were quick to answer any questions we had and were great on getting the deposit back without delay.
We will be staying there again next year.

Central Location, Very Spacious!

This condo was perfect for our annual girls' Spring Training trip this year. It was a great alternative to a hotel and it was great that we could cook our own meals and have a place to settle in. The condo was very clean and spacious with easy accesses to both main streets and freeways to get us to all of our baseball stadiums. The condo had all the amenities described, and then some! Marlys and her husband live locally and were in constant contact with us making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again on future trips!

Beyond expectations!

This was our family first time using HomeAway (or any vacation rental company). Prior to that, I had only done all-inclusive vacations or hotel stays. This home surpassed my expectations. The photos do not quite show just how spacious this townhouse is. We are two adults and a 2 year old and would go back with at least another couple for sure.

The owners also are accomodating, and obtained some toddler-friendly supplies for us to use (such as a playpen for sleeping, safety gate, potty). They are very helpful and also have a binder of local places compiled for you. I liked the location in that it was very central. It is next door to a school but there was no noise or concern with safety. We generally drove no more than 15 minutes regardless of the sites we were seeing. This home is located minutes from the Zoo if you are interested in that attraction. It is about 40 mins drive from one of the better outlet malls.

Great Place

Couldn't be more satisfied with our stay .. One week of Spring Training under our belts .. No worries here . Had everything we needed .. With our schedule all of the stadiums we went to were close by .. Short drives to all of them .. Short drives to all of our dining spots too .. Surprisingly quite too .. Never heard anything from the school next door .. And of course more quite at night ...
