3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms,

Our CLEAN 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly furnished house is ideally located !! Walk to the beach via the Public Beach Access at the Marriott Crystal Shores, it’s only one block away.“The Marco Walk Plaza” is also one block away, with its many restaurants, comedy club, movie theater, ice cream parlor, boutiques, and shops. You’ll appreciate that everything in our house, from the dishware, luxury linens and towels, to the furniture and mattresses is new. Internet, cable TV, and long distance phone are always free –and we have wi-fi so bring your laptop. Have fun using our beach toys, chairs and umbrellas, or get some exercise on our bicycles.

Walk right out to our heated, private pool each day from the Master and Guest bedrooms or enjoy your favorite programs from the flat screen TV’s. We have a king bed in the master, queen in the guest bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. There are no neighbors behind us or on either side, which is a nice retreat! MONTHLY RENTALS-Non Smokers only!

Special Rental Terms:

Our house is ONLY rented to NON-smokers. Smoking inside and outside our property is prohibited.

Monthly or seasonal renters only. We do not rent on a weekly basis

Marco Island is a five mile island full of activity, but yet clean, quiet, safe, well manicured, and upscale. It also boasts numerous joggers, bikers, walkers, and for those who like water activities, there is plenty to do.

Marco is complete with various restaurants, shops, pharmacies, medical facilities, spas, and entertainment.

We spent a wonderful and relaxing month at this lovely and well maintained home,
It is actually better than the description. It was our first visit to Marco and the house is very conveniently located. It is a short walk to the beautiful Marco beach. The owners have thoughtfully provided a beach cart, chairs and an umbrella. There are six or seven restaurants, a movie theater and a 7-11 store within a five minute walk. Grocery and drug stores are also close.

The pool is very clean and well heated. We swam almost every day. The owners are very agreeable and anxious to make sure their house mets your expectations.

This house was perfect. It was truly a home away from home. There was nothing the house lacked. The floor plan was very good. It had a large living room and nice dining area, a very large master bedroom with bathroom, also with two additional nice sized bedrooms, second bathroom was conveniently between the two bedrooms, well supplied kitchen, and laundry room. The heated inground pool was very refreshing and well kept.
All the furnishings were new and it was very tastefully decorated.

The location is well situated. We walked to restaurants, shops, movies, the beach, the library and all around the neighborhood.
The owners were extremely helpful and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place.
