The location of this cute little duplex is perfect! Right across the street from Austin Java and within walking distance to Whole Foods, Waterloo music store, and 6th street (we should know, we walked!). The inside of the house is adorable and very clean! It has a fully functional kitchen, two full bathrooms, and two full bedrooms. There is also a day bed (with trundle underneath) in a loft area up the stairs. This was the perfect place to stay, and it was much cheaper than any hotel that would have been half as nice. The house also had a large living area, which is nice when you have some downtime on your vacation and want to just watch TV/movie.

Judy was easy to work with and very helpful and nice. I will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very neat and had good directions from the owner on how to arrive. Everything was in order and a great location to enjoy Austin. It was our first visit and was very pleased. Location was next to park, coffee and shopping.

This property is so convenient to downtown Austin. Our family stayed there the week before my son's wedding. We had numerous preparations and this town home was perfectly located for all of our errands. The place was clean and comfortable and the photos accurately represent the rental's appearance. The coffee shop across the street was an added plus!

Everything was perfect with our stay. The duplex was comfortable and roomy. It was perfectly located for the basketball games at UT and within walking distance to 6th Street. Nice place, great location and Judy was an excellent host.
