5 Bedroom, 2.5 Baths Plus Outdoor Shower, Sleeps 12-14

One of a kind Beach Rental, first time available as a rental. Large three story home with plenty of room for family and friends to spread out. huge back yard with grill, plenty of parking, steps to beach. Third floor master bedroom has king bed, large bathroom, and private deck, second floor has four bedrooms, all new mattresses and bedding and a full bath. First floor has a large eat in kitchen with many new high end appliances, a half bath, dining room, large living room, separate family room and a sunporch. Home has WiFi and cable TV in most rooms. A short walk to Association For Research and Enlightenment for a massage or to the resort bus stop where a day pass will take you everywhere... the boardwalk, aquarium, go-kart track, water park, fishing pier, Rudee Inlet for para-sailing or jet ski rental. Home is on 69th street and the boardwalk begins at 42nd street. Free beach concerts most evenings and firework shows on Wednesday and Sunday evenings can be seen while sitting on the beach or the deck of the master bedroom!
