Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

2 bedrooms, 2 full baths -

King Bed in Master,

Full Bed and set of Bunk Beds in Guest Bedroom

Large Sleeper Sofa in Living Area

(Sleeps 8 comfortably)

Our condo has recently been renovated with new appliances, cabinets and counter tops. New tile floors in kitchen, living areas and guest bath. Counter height dining table with bar stools and seating for six. Condo is located on ground level making it very accessible (easy to bring items in and out). You walk out straight to the beach and resort pool area. Very convenient to the domed area that has indoor pool, new hot tub, game room, steam and sauna. There is a coffee house - Connections- located onsite for your convenience. There are also many seafood & steak restaurants, Tanger Outlet Mall, Gulf State Park & Pier, Deep Sea Fishing, Waterville Amusement Park, The Track Amusement Park, The Wharf Amphitheater, Movie Theater, Mini Golf, Gulf Shores Zoo, & many other beautiful golf courses all located in the Gulf Shores area.

Come and get in on the fun and relaxation.

I also manage another 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit across the hall from this one, also on ground level. Great for large families and friends vacationing together.

This condo was great. Clean and conveniently located a hop and a skip from both a pool or the beach. Great for young and older children. My family had a great time! We would gladly stay here again.

Your place was decorated to the max! Very updated and clean! Our stay was wonderful, the enviroment was family oriented. We loved how many pools the complex offered and they were each very close to the room! We will be back!

Great Location to Unwind and Relax

Enjoyed staying at the Plantation. The beach was beautiful and the weather was great. Golf at Kiva Dunes was exceptional. Felt very secure with the gated security. Unit was very clean and exacly as shown in add . Never got around to using all of the pools but we will definately come back again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Very nice and clean condo. Parking next to deck. Area not crowded, very quiet. Pool and beach area very well maintained. I would recommend this condo to anybody.
