The third floor master / suite has it all with an office, dressing area, balcony, and whirlpool. No Sandy storm damage.
There is a rear driveway entrance on Gabrielle Ln., Six car on site parking, elevator on 3 levels for food delivery. 2 car detached garage with attached hot/cold shower & fenced storage area, patio with new large canopy & natural gas grill. This is a 3500 sq. ft. home with 5 bedrooms, hardwood floors & 4 decks. Like new with a Mahogany Front Porch, phone, cable and computer wired. Recently painted and landscaped. Located near the north end Belmar Fishing Club, with a private lounge and restaurant!

Clean, beautiful decks to watch ocean and clouds and very near train stations and other amenities. Extended family had rooms to the selves and togetherness space. Great you can see ocean form kitchen and living room/ dining room.
Great location! The house is beautiful and so convenient. The views of the beach are breathtaking. House was immaculate when we arrived. We were able to walk to many restaurants and also took full advantage of the grill on the back deck. Kitchen was easy to use and prepare meals for 10 people. Having linens provided was an added plus.
Our family traveled from different locations including NYC, Philly , DC and the Poconos in PA. We found the travel time perfect. We even had one family member take the Train from Belmar to Penn Station in NYC. Once we arrived we found we did not need to use the car other than to get groceries. We walked to restaurants , for ice cream and with the beach right across the street, we were content to spend evenings flying kites and relaxing on the decks.
My family of 4 and another family of 3 stayed for a week. The house was very clean and well maintained in a very convenient area in Belmar. We had 4 teenagers ranging from 14-18 and they were thrilled to have a lot of freedom to go from the house to beach to 711 and local restaurants. The adults enjoyed the easy location to many fine restaurants and enjoying a glass of wine on the many porches.
The owner and his wife stayed in contact prior to our stay and offered many suggestions which made us feel more prepared for our first stay in Belmar. It felt like we were staying a family members house.
We rented this property end of June thru week of 7/7. It is just how the pictures show, very elegant. It is an amazing location. It is a crosswalk away from a well maintained beach. Also, there is a playground across the street with seating for parents/caretakers to take a load off while watching the kids.
The house was spotless when we arrived. The house is also equipped with a dumbwaiter which made loading groceries and light luggage to the 2nd & 3rd floor a singe.
A block away is an italian restaurant, a beach supply store, ice cream store & a pizza parlor (largest pizza I've ever eaten).
Parking was a bit tricky if you have more then 4 cars but we adapted.
When not at the beach we spent much of our time on the 2nd floor deck...people watching. I would say that where the house is located is the "family" part of Belmar. Although, there were many beach goers, it was still very peaceful.
Linens & bath towels were provided which is a big plus considering the amount of bedrooms.
This is a beautiful home. We spent alot of time on the porches with their spectacular views. The host went out of his way to ensure we maximized our stay with local amenities. A first rate property.
This is an excellent place to stay on the Jersey Shore. Right across the street from the Ocean. great views from the balconies. The photos of the place show what a great place it is. Clean and very well maintained. The owners were very helpful with local information and recommendations. My wife and i and our two sons and their three children each (oldest 11 youngest 2) stayed for a week. lots of space in the house We went to the amusement park in Pt Pleasant and played mini golf in Bradley Beach. Give it a try!!!!
