PROPERTY

Centrally located in a highly desirable and sought after residential area of Fulham, only 3 minutes walk to the nearest tube station of Parsons Green. Restaurants, grocers shops and convenience stores are all within a short walk away. This property has generous sized bedrooms, three of them with double beds, the fourth with two single beds. It boasts a large kitchen with all modern appliances including dish washer, clothes washer and clothes dryer, grill/oven, microwave, electric hobb, etc.

FULHAM

This gentrified part of London has been attracting the rich, famous and professionals for many years.

Its centres – Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Wandsworth Bridge Road – have enough variety of shops, bars and restaurants to keep everybody happy.



Fulham is posh, well-off, safe and has a great atmosphere – all very good reasons why residents love so much to live there.

Chelsea Football fans are at home with Chelsea’s stadium and Fulham FC in the area.

It has several
green spaces and the river to the south side

High demand has ensured that property prices and rents are above average in this area. The people moving to this area highly sociable, cash-rich, young and not so young professionals who spend a large part of their leisure time in the bars, as well as quite a few young families and a big proportion of continental European professionals.

OTTIMA SCELTA! Parola di Architetto e di Host!

Mese di novembre 2014, un fine settimana lungo a Londra, gruppo di otto amici.

Noi due, Natalia, architetto e Luisella, host sul lago di Como (HomeAway n. 1052058 – Homelidays n. 6237897), ci facciamo piacevolmente carico di cercare l’alloggio “ideale”. Ma non è facile accontentare tutti!

Cercavamo una casa bella, dove si potesse gustare un’atmosfera tipicamente inglese, in un bel quartiere centrale ed elegante, silenziosa, pulita, ben funzionante, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto, ai negozi e ristoranti, sufficientemente ampia e confortevole..

Una lunga ed accurata ricerca ci ha portate sin qui e per farla breve: tutte le nostre aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte!

L’ampia dimensione e l’ottima distribuzione degli spazi permettono anche a gruppi particolarmente numerosi di sentirsi a proprio agio, senza essere d’intralcio l’un con l’altro.

Le finiture ottime e di buon gusto rendono l’appartamento caldo, accogliente e rilassante . Casa pulita, con tutti i confort presenti e ben funzionanti, contesto molto silenzioso. A pochissimi passi la fermata metropolitana...Ma non perdetevi un giro in bus! lo troverete appena girato l’angolo, sulla via Fulham. In pochi minuti raggiungerete comunque il centro, ma nel frattempo vi sarete gustati la vista delle belle case di Chelsea!

Infine, possiamo dire che la comunicazione con il proprietario, tramite mail, è sempre stata rapida, esaustiva e cordiale.

Unica pecca: le foto non rendono giustizia a questa bella casa, che insieme a tutti gli altri momenti vissuti, ci ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo di Londra e della nostra vacanza!

My sister, her husband, their three children and I stayed here in June, and we cannot say enough good things about the property. The reservation & check-in / check-out processes were completely hassle-free, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful, and the home’s spaciousness, great neighborhood location, and close proximity to tube stations, grocery stores, terrific restaurants, and interesting shops made it the perfect “home base” for our holiday vacation touring London. Highly recommended!

Extended family visit to London

This house was perfect for our large family. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen had sufficient dishes and the dining room could accommodate all of us for eating and for playing cards. The house was within easy walking distance to two tube stations and to the supermarket. The owner was responsive to our needs and the neighborhood was clean and safe. We felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood at all hours. We would definitely stay in this house again if visiting London. We highly recommend it!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2 Darlan Street in Fulham. The unit was clean and nicely renovated. The location near the Parsons Green Underground stop afforded easy access to all of London and Heathrow. Our family would definitely stay at this property again. Super Time in London!

There were a total of 9 of us (5 kids and 4 adults) and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen /dining area was large enough for all of us to relax around at the end of our days sightseeing. The tube is 2 blocks away so no car rentals are needed. Groceries and places to eat are nearby too. Glad we experienced London this way!
