Beachfront. Oceanfront Best kept secret on the island, this house is BEACH all the way, park underneath and walk up to the wrap around deck, partially shaded. Sit outside and sip your cool drink and watch the beach-goers. Beach access to this property only and you can walk down the driveway right onto the beach. It doesn't get any better. Cool tile floors, three bedrooms on the mail floor and a crow's nest bedroom that the kids just love. Endless views that are so spectacular you will never want to leave!

On The Beach And In Town: This beach house is private, nestled in the sand dunes and you access it via the beach road. Once you get up to the deck, there is nothing but fabulous views. It is close to everything in town, just a short hop to restaurants, shops and amenities. The Beach Lodge is just down a couple of markers on the beach where you can walk in and enjoy a burger and a 'cold one'. Sleeps 10-12 people so you can bring the whole family for some fun at the shore!

Open Plan With Large Kitchen: COOKING FOR A CROWD? No problem here with an open, spacious kitchen and comfortable breakfast bar. You can cook while you visit with family and friends and enjoy the views. Lots of counter space, high ceilings and a spiral staircase up to the crows nest bedroom. Kitchen has crockpot, hand beater, food processor, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans, lots of utensils, built in microwave, lots of bakeware and bowls. You can cook some fresh seafood and enjoy it here!

Outdoor Living At Its Best: SPACIOUS WRAP AROUND DECK to enjoy those Summer days. Sit and relax and watch the people on the beach. Have your morning coffee outdoors and listen to the crashing of the wave. The Gulf of Mexico is the place to be. Walk out the front door to the surf. Mustang Island is a barrier island just north of Padre Island and across the Corpus Christi ship channel from St. Jo Island. This is an ideal spot for swimming, boating, fishing, birding, and nature walking. The beaches are long and you can drive on them. Welcome to the Third Coast! Notes: Fully Equipped Kitchen, Large Dining Table Plus Breakfast Bar For Extra Seating. Flat Screen Tv And DVD Player for evening entertainment. Not suitable for people who cannot climb stairs as the house is raised with covered parking beneath. All on one level above except for the Crows Nest bedroom up the spiral staircase. Kids love it! Charcoal grill under the house. Two hoses one on the deck and one under the house. Private location even though house is on the beach, it has a long driveway and is nestled in the dunes. Silver Sands Vacation Rentals and the homeowners are not reponsible for third party vendors not fulfilling required repairs in a timely fashion. We will do everything in our power to get a problem fixed but cannot guarantee the use of third party amennities throughout your vacation.
