Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

This ground level, low rise Hale Kamaole condominium features a completely remodeled open and spacious one bedroom one bath unit. Sleeps up to four comfortably and is tastefully decorated with island decor and local artwork. The kitchen features granite counters with slate backsplash, island, and stainless steele appliances. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living area and two air conditioners, one in living area and one in the bedroom for your comfort along with many other amenities.

Two televisions, one in living room as well as a flat screen mounted on bedroom wall.

We are located a quick walk (300 Yards) from Kamaole III Beach and Park, one of Maui's top beaches, where you can swim, snorkel, boogie board or just relax. Kihei boat ramp is directly next to Kam III beach where you can catch a boat to Molokini, Turtle Beach, the beautiful Kanio Coast and many other water excursions. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants or a short drive to the popular Shops at Wailea for more shopping and fine dining. We are just minutes away from the championship Wailea golf courses and hotel resorts.

Hale Kamaole has seven acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with two pools, a tennis court, and two BBQ areas where you can watch a beautiful Maui sunset or watch for whales (seasonal). All are located right off our lanai where you can also sit and have meals or just enjoy the view.

Condo Maui Kehei

The place seemed nice until my kids (7 and 9) woke up on the first and second night complaining of pain in their backs as the bed was poking them. We discovered that the sofa bed frame was bent. We notified the owner who invested in a thin piece of foam and a new matress protector as the matress protector was so torn it could not stay on the matress. When we said that this did not help she denied helping us any further. As a result we put the sofa matress on the floor for 2 weeks. Kind of a pain to have to remove it and make it up each day. Really a condo that should be advertised as sleeping 2 not 4!
Owner's Response: I am truly upset at the fact that your family was not happy with your stay. We strive to make everything in our home away from home happy for everyone who stays. We did the best we could to make the bed comfortable for your daughters and hoped that you would understand that it was not possible to purchase a new thicker mattress as it was Christmas as well as things do not come quickly in Maui. We could only add so much padding as the bed will not close properly. We did just recently purchase a whole new pull out bed; my 19 year old son recently slept on it without any problems what so ever. As you stated in your email to me, your daughters have had this problem with pull out beds many times in the past, like me they obviously have trouble sleeping on a pull out. You might consider in the future so as not to ruin another vacation, renting a 2 or 3 bedroom so that your daughters have a regular bed and your holiday is as amazing as it should be.

Thank you again for sharing your condo with us! This was our 4th trip to Natalie's condo and it continues to be our favorite 1 bedroom unit at Hale Kamaole.. It has everything you may need to make your visit comfortable. The art work is very unique and special! Love it! Hale Kamaole is in the perfect location to hit the best beaches on the island. We can't wait to return again!

This is a great condo and we truly enjoyed our stay. Has all updated appliances with the comforts of home.Close to beach restaurants and other ammenities. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to call home for a few days. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Amazing Updated Accomodations

I really enjoyed this condo. The complex itself we didn't spend much time at using the amenities, such as the pool, but that is how we travel when on Maui. We would rather have a terrific location and be close to the beach. The condo is at the edge of Kihei off of Kam 3 and is only a 5 minute drive to Polo Beach, my favorite beach, and a 2 minute drive to Keawakapu. It is also walking distance there. Being right on South Kihei Rd, you have easy access to a great running road if you are so inclined.

The condo was updated with great appliances and a gorgeous kitchen. It is facing the trade winds, so air conditioner was not needed. Instead we just opened the window and the sliding glass door to get air flow going.

A perfect Maui getaway!

We absolutely LOVED staying at this condo! The condo looks great in the photos, but it is even more impressive in real life. It had everything (and much more) that we needed to make our stay comfortable for my husband and I, and our two young kids.

We stayed at this property with five other families, and our condo was by far, the most superior of them all. We were the envy of all the group! Everything from the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, to the great supply of beach gear, made our stay so enjoyable.

We loved Maui so much...the Kamaole III beach right across the street was perfect for our kids. We had a great date night out to the 808 Bistro and highly recommend the restaurant. Also, for quick food, we loved the fish tacos at Coconuts. Also, we all went to the Polynesian Village Luau and truely enjoyed that experience too. We had an amazing two weeks and can't wait to return next year! Mahalo!
