Welcome to Seashore Magic - where magical weekend escapes come together through the eyes of Disney engineers and an award-winning resort developer. Far from an ordinary home, rented from a private owner, Seashore Magic is packed with entertainment and was purposely created for romantic getaways and family/friend reunions. Here you will find more luxurious finishes and electronics than in our 6-bedroom Himmilscher Chateau, but in a smaller duplex home that just one to three couples can enjoy and afford.
Imagine snuggling on a huge fourteen-foot sofa with cuddle loungers while you surf the web on a sixteen foot high-definition screen and watch boats cruise the intra-coastal waterway just outside the huge plate glass windows.
Further Details: Imagine dining inside or outside, and as the candles are lit, the sun sets over the open water. After dinner, you simply press a button to enjoy a 3D movie ON-Demand in your private high-definition theater or head over to nearby Atlantic City to the comedy show that is included in your stay. In the morning, you can take a bike ride on the boardwalk, or walk to the end of the street to Bongo restaurant for a gourmet breakfast. In the afternoon, enjoy a frozen drink from our commercial blender and savor it in the hot tub as boats and seagulls glide by.
We have lined up plenty of things to do in the winter, fall and spring, including outlet shopping, golf, tennis, fishing, gambling and more, but we also have given you so much to do inside the house that most people seldom leave.
Seashore Magic is equipped with practically every popular video game system available today, including X-Box 360, Nintendo Wii, X-Box Kinect and an X-Box Live connection. This means that you can sing karaoke through the 7.1-channel surround sound system, play golf, or have a dance competition. You can even have full-action bowling tournaments right on the living room theater screen with all the same movements, but without ever having to pick up a heavy ball or leave the amazing water views. Unlike renting a room at the casino where you immediately start spending additional money for fun, our guests comment on how little our magical weekends cost because there is so much to do here that is already included.
Party Aboard a Yacht
Seashore Magic is so close to the water that the cabana porch and six-person hot tub actually sit over it.
With this and the fabulous water views in mind, we designed the interior with extensive use of fine hardwoods, marble and custom-lit glass etched works of art to resemble the inside of a yacht. Not only are the floors made of fine hardwoods with custom inlays, but the entire living room ceiling is covered with ¾”-thick African Mahogany and crown moldings painted with high gloss oil-based paint. All of the kitchen cabinets, crown moldings and trim are custom made from the same hand-selected pieces of African Mahogany, and there are so many layers of crown and other moldings that you can’t count them. The kitchen and living room are finished off with original signed artwork and illuminated stained and etched glass by famed lifestyle artists Emily Parister, Guy Harvey and more.
The centerpiece of the kitchen is a flush-mounted 40” LED computer/TV screen for viewing content online and listening to it over the dolby DTS surround sound system.
