Calonge Vacation Rental villa: Vizcondado de Cabanyes

Very well equipped, spacious villa. All bed- and bathrooms equally high level. Privately setted in green and flowerly garden, no overlooking neighboors.

The very is quiet, clean and well maintained.

Excellent contact and service from either owner and Al Vent.
My 3 and 5 years old kinds appreciated beach in the early morning and swimming pool after nap.

A great place to stay. The villa provides full privacy and the right set of convenience and facilities, located in a small villa urbanisation in the mountains, and it is still only five minutes away from the beach. Palamos and Platja d'Aro are at some 10 minutes if you look for some entertainment and shops. Beautiful small beaches, such as Begur, can be found at 20 minutes. Supermarkets are within five minutes drive as well. Service, both from the owner as from Al Vent agency was excellent. Have breakfast/lunch at the terras, enjoy the pool and spent your evening at the BBQ area. Sun from early morning till the evening. During our stay outside temperature was between 29 and 33 C and when you keep the shutters of the bedrooms closed during daytime, bedrooms (with the vans) are still cool. No musquitos or other insects. What else do you need?
Do you want to hear some critical points as well? Let me think. Well, the parking place is maybe a bit to small for two cars (depending on car size, so leave one at the street) and when it is really sunny, maybe the only umbrella available might not be enough when you are with more than four people. The trees offer shade in the morning, but in the afternoon you have to find alternatives, like the terras. Last point, when the gardeners are working (it happened once during our stay) either in this garden or at the neighbours, you might find the noice caused by their equipment inconvenient. Recommendation: when they arrive and it really disturbes you, just go to the beach for some hours.
