This beautiful beach home is in the Bella Beach neighborhood ideally located between Lincoln City & Depoe Bay and just 25 minutes North of Newport. In Lincoln City you will find outlet mall shopping (no sales tax!), the downtown area with shops & restaurants and Chinook Winds Casino where you can try your hand at gambling, take in a show or golf at the Chinook Winds Golf Course.

Just minutes north of Cecina Mare you will find the Siletz Bay where sea lions and pelicans play, a studio to blow your own glass float and Salishan Spa & Resort that offers great golfing and more shopping! 5 minutes south will bring you to Depoe Bay where there is whale watching and deep sea fishing tours and of course, more shopping! Another 20 minutes & you'll find yourself in Newport where there is the bayfront & more seals, Ripley's Believe It or Not, a wax museum and the award winning Oregon Coast Aquarium.
