Deluxe executive Gulf Front 3 bedroom/3 bathroom end unit. Master bedroom boasts gorgeous king bed with private balcony for sunset views on the outside love seat. Double vessel sinks in master bath with full shower. 2nd bedroom with private bath also has a king bed. 3rd bedroom is set up with twins and also it's own private bath. Each bedroom has it's own TV and DVD player. Living room has TV, DVD player and surround sound with Gulf Front balcony that has a bar and bar stools for relaxing after a day in the sun. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, large refrigerator and extra seating at the side bar. Dining room table has seating for a family of eight. Cherry wood cabinets, tile and granite throughout unit. Large capacity stainless steel washer and dryer. Everything new and ready to be enjoyed for someone looking for the finer things in life. This property rents Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) during the months of June, July and mid-August. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old, and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation.

Rating Details:
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The property had several problems. First one was the garage door opener did not work and it took a long time for it to be replaced after several attempts to repair the old one. There was not a screen door on the living room, and our grand daughter finally had to arrange for one of her contacts to manufacture one. Next severe problem was the discovery of cockroaches. There were several attempts to get rid of them, but as we told them in the report when we left on 4/27 they were still showing up. Several chairs were in need of repair at the dining room table--one wasn't returned, but we were advised that it was in the office. The UVERSE TV system is hard to handle, and there should be some directions put in the unit so new renters can work the tv's. We were there from October 27, 2012 to April 27, 2013.
