Very nice 700sq feet apartment wish has been entirely refurbished in 2010, respecting its original architecture from 1855 and adding to it a modern comfort. The setting is a large Dinning/sitting room in which the kitchen opens, so evrybody can participate. The sleeping facilities are a nice large bedded bedroom and the sofa which is convertible, we also can add a folding bed as well as a cot on request. It can sleep 5 people and a baby. The independant bathroom offers a large and comfortable shower, a heated towel rack, hair dryer...There is a private lift which drops you on your floor where there is a studio which could be rent as communicating, creating a large 2 bedrooms apartment to sleep 7 people.
