Holiday in Las Lomas Del Marbella Club, one of Marbella's most fashionable addresses. Our 315 sq m villa with private pool and jacuzzi is located in an elegant gated community with three additional pools and gourmet restaurant, 5 minutes t0 Marbella's 5 star Marbella Club Hotel. and 20 miles of beaches. Our exquisite three bedroom villa with an attached studio apartment (own entrance and bath) has an large eat in kitchen (owner is a gourmet cook) with a wall TV and antique table for family meals. Also on the ground floor are one double bedroom, with wall TV and connecting bathroom, a large living room with 60' wall TV, formal dining area, glassed in informal sitting area and a guest powder room. Upstairs is a large master suite with separate child play area and another double bedroom, both with connecting marble baths and separate dressing areas. Outdoor living. and dining : Marbella's ‘micro-climate’ lets you enjoy an average temperature of 19º C throughout the year, so eating all your meals under the sun or stars is sure to be your choice. Relax on comfortable rattan sofa and armchairs on our outdoor covered porch and enjoy Marbella's delightful climate while taking a break from the pool. Winters are mild, generally with little rain; summers are warm without being suffocating, the agreeable temperatures maintained by the sea breezes and the mountains surrounding us. On average, it is sunny more than 320 days a year. Our secluded tiled garden adapts equally to sunning around the pool, soaking in the Jacuzzi, eating all your meals al fresco, or just doing nothing! The upstairs bedrooms share a large terrace which runs the length of the house and overlooks the pool, and also provides you with magnificent views of the sea and the mountains. All ages can relax in the multi generational separate “play area” next to the master bedroom.

Welcome to our Home : No grocery shopping on arrival, enjoy the sun, pool, jacuzzi immediately! Our complimentary 'Welcome to our Home' package contains laundry soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels, hand soap, oil, vinegar, cooking spices, water, wine, beer, orange juice plus some wonderful Spanish magdalenas (muffins) for your breakfast. Our administrator Elena will meet you on your arrival at our house between the hours of 9am and 8pm, or at a central location if needed if you are driving, Our trustworthy taxi driver can meet you at the airport if required, (fee paid directly to him, aprox E85). Keys will be left with the security guard for after hours arrivals, in which case our administrator would meet you the next morning to welcome you and familiarize you with the property. Ancon Sierra is located on the Golden Mile halfway between the town of Marbella, with its quaint walking streets and charming Orange Square, and the jet set port destination of Puerto Banus, Gibraltar is to the west and the city of Málaga, with its International Airport to the east just a forty minute drive away, Granada's Alhambra Palace and Sierra Nevada skiing and Sevilla's Holy Week and April Fair celebrations just a two hour drive away. Cordoba's geranium filled window boxes and spectacular mosque a day tour away. Alternatively, come and just relax in our exquisitely furnished home which is 3 minutes from the beach. Don't shop, get into the pool on arrival! We provide you with a complimentary 'Welcome' package containing laundry soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels, hand soap, oil, vinegar, cooking spices, water, wine, beer and magdalenas (muffins). Four hours of maid service is included in the weekly rate.

Golf: 'Costa del Golf '

Some of the many golf courses within a 15 min drive are Golf La Dama Noche, 1Km; Los Naranjos Golf, 4Km; Aloha Golf, 2Km; Club de Golf Las Brisas, 3Km; Golf Rio Real, 5Km; These are all top class 18 hole courses with club houses and rental equipment.

There are many others to choose from as well. In fact, you can play golf here 365 days a year. After the Valderrama course hosted the 'Ryder Cup' in 1997, the Costa del Sol received world-wide recognition the best 'Winter Golf Resort in Europe'.

Other Activities: Tennis at two world class clubs 2-3 minutes away, the Puente Romano Tennis Club and the Manolo Santana Club. . Bowling - Aloha Superbowl, Calle 1D, Nueva Andalucia, Marbella. 10 pin bowling - Bolera Axier, Jet Skis, Animal Safari etc.

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Golden Mile, Spain

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates
  • - Our rates shown are for 4 -7 guests, including children. We offer a 10% reduction for 3 guests, 20% reduction for 2 guests in the low and mid seasons. .

    - ' Extra night' rate is charged after a minimum one week rental

    - Our home is available for your holiday at a weekly rate of E1400 to E2400. . 25% of the total rental is required to hold the reservation, with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of E2500 minimum depending on the lengh of the rental is required. Please note the rate changes for Christmas and Easter ,

    -Booking Conditions: 25% is payable at the time of booking to hold the reservation with the balance plus security deposit due 8 weeks before arrival.

    - Cancellations and Refunds:
    6 weeks no cancellation charge.
    4-6 weeks 50% of rate refunded
    Less than 4 weeks no refund
  • - Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10.00am.
    - A security deposit of E1000 is payable with the final payment, and will be refunded within 14 days of departure subject to damages, breakages and return of the key etc.
    - Our rental periods are flexible and we also will rent long term. Our minimum rental period is 4 nights.
    - We accept wire transfers, direct bank transfers and Credit Cards through Pay Pal for payment.

  • Our house could sleep more, but we prefer to limit the number to 7,(or six adults and two children) in order to ensure maximum privacy and comfort for all our guests. Bedroom 1: Upstairs. Large master suite, king bed, with separate dressing room, study/children's playroom, full marble bath. Magnificent views of sea and mountains from the terrace which connects both upstairs bedrooms and overlooks the pool. Bedroom 2: Upstairs. Charming double bedroom, separate dressing area, full marble bath, large wall TV. . Bedroom 3: Downstairs. Elegant double bedroom connects to studio. Full bath, large wall TV. Studio: Comfortable sofa bed sleeps one. Walk out from the studio directly to pool.

Notes: Our house is ideal for six adults sleeping in the three double bedrooms, all with own bath. Additionally, we can accommodate up to two more in the studio (own bath) where the sofa bed sleeps one large adult or two smaller adults or two children! Our house is suitable for children, families are welcome. A separate playroom area for all ages with delightful children's furniture is adjacent to the master bedroom. Dining: large table in formal dining area can seat 6 to 8, kitchen seating for 6 plus 2 counter stools, outdoor dining table seats 8 for al fresco meals! Relax informally in the covered porch on comfortable rattan sofa and armchairs or for more formal times, enjoy our elegant sitting room. Private enclosed garage on the property, plus one additional closed garage at bottom of community. Housekeeper: 2 hours of cleaning service twice weekly for a total of four hours included in weekly rate

Staying in this villa for 4 days may've been the best vacation of my life.
At first I was a bit hesitant, I've always stayed in hotels for my holidays, but this time with the whole family coming I needed something bigger.
The house was spotless when we arrived, my parents arrived a little later than us and headed straight for the chairs by the pool (they spent most of their time here since they're not used to it not raining every 20 minutes, Londoners). My wife spent about an hour inspecting the house before admitting that it was simply perfect. The house is luxurious and the view was lovely.
We enjoyed our vacation and wish we could've stayed longer!
We'll defiantly be back next year for more!

Perfect Villa

We really enjoyed our time at the villa. The location was excellent, with 5 star restaurants and the beach only 5 minute away. The villa was more spacious than expected, the kitchen very well equipped and the pool was delightful. We plan on coming back next year.
