Our spacious apartment can have super king sized beds or 2-5 single beds for flexible accommodation. It is child friendly ( I leave a basket of toys to keep them happy in the mornings). There is also a travel cot and high chair for no extra rental charge.The apartment is located just a 2 minute walk from a supermarket. 5 minutes walk brings you to the Centre Plaza that on a Saturday holds the local market where you can buy silver jewellery, leather goods/belts and gifts to take home. There are further restaurants/cafes here too. Only 10-15 minutes on foot brings you to Puerto Banus, famous for its designer boutiques, sandy beach and huge department store El Corte Ingles. Golf is very close by e.g. Alhoa and La Quinta. The complex has 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated, one which is 20m long and another for young children. Winter lets from £250 per week.This apartment has everything inside and out for a wonderful holiday.

La Maestranza is a safe and convenient location for a holiday. There are restaurants and supermarkets in under a 5 minutes walk and only a 10-15 minute walk takes you to the centre of Puerto Banus, famous for its glitzy marina where you can eat out and people watch. There is also the huge department store El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus. The beach there is sandy and ideal for children. There are also restaurants on the beach which serve excellent seafood. The apartment is also a short 5-10 minute drive to several golf courses so an ideal choice for those of you looking for a golfing holiday.The location of this apartment offers something for everyone.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Winter lets of 3 weeks or more available from October at £250 per week which includes all of your utility bills. Prices based upon 2 people sharing. If you wish to have extra guests they are charged £50 per week per person.
    For holiday bookings we ask for 25% deposit upon booking and the final amount plus £150 refundable breakages deposit 8 weeks before your holiday is due to commence. You can pay via credit or debit card or by bank transfer.
    If there is a 5th person, 10 years or older, staying in the apartment we charge an extra 60 pounds per week.
  • TRANSFERS available from Malaga airport, British fully insured driver that will meet you inside the Terminal building. Booster seats/baby chairs for no extra charge. Approx 156 euros return journey for 4 people. Please ask for information.

    DIRECT COACH from outside the Terminal building will take you for 5 euros to Marbella Bus Station. We are less than 10 minutes by taxi from here to the apartment. Pay the coach driver directly and at Marbella Bus Station purchase your return ticket at the ticket office.
  • CAR HIRE readily available at Malaga.

Notes: This corner apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine,dishwasher, oven,microwave and a fridge/freezer. The bedrooms are large with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom can have 2 singles or they can be zipped together to make a Super King sized bed that is 6ft, with Super King sized duvets/blankets etc Just let me know ahead of time which option you would prefer. We try to be as flexible as possible for you. The doors open onto the terrace.It has its own ensuite bathroom in a creamy marble. The guest room has two single beds and fitted wardrobes too. Again these beds have zip locked mattresses so can also be made into a Super King sized bed if required. This room also has an ensuite bathroom. All bathroom towels and bedding are provided and I can provide a put you up bed for an extra guest. Please bring your own beach towels. For those of you with children, I have a basket of toys to keep them happy and also in the apartment there are some DVD's/books and games.

Golf: Andalucia has 33% of the total number of golf courses in Spain so you really are spoilt for choice. Within a 5-10 minute drive there are 4 golf courses eg La Quinta, Las Brisas, Los Naranjas and Aloha. There is plenty of room in the hallway or utility room to store your clubs. Sotogrande is only a 25 minute drive.

Activities for children: There are a huge amount of activities for children in the local area eg. Selwo safari, Tivoli world, Fuengirola zoo, Kidz Kingdom, Funny Beach, Sealife centre, Mijas Aquapark, Torremolinos Aquapark and activities in the summer in the square of Puerto Banus. In the apartment there are toys and dvd's to keep them happy too.

Places of interest to visit: Traditional villages nearby include Istan and Ojen. For spectacular scenery visit Ronda. For a city feel visit Malaga, there is the Picasso museum, the cathedral, the magnificent castle to explore and large areas are pedestrianised. Further afield there is the wonderful city of Seville and in the winter you can visit Granada and if time head to the snowy slopes there for sledging or skiing. We can provide sledges!

An Absolutely lovely apartment in an ideal location. Only a 10 minute walk to Puerto Banus ( And that`s with my 4yr old little girl ) The welcome pack is quite honestly, priceless, especially if you arrive at an awkward time.
Will definately be returning.

A Lovely Holiday

My Sister, Myself and 3 young children visited apartment Erika in April 2009. As soon as we stepped inside we were very impressed with the apartment. Its was very, very clean and Ann had left a lovely welcome pack in the fridge which we really appreciated as we arrived after 9 at night. The children loved the toys that Ann had a left and they came in very handy as we had a rainy Sunday!!! The local ameneties are great and we were very impressed with the supermarket which is about a 2 minute walk away. The Saturday market is not to be missed (Lots of bargains to be had!) Overall we had a lovely relaxing break and could not have asked for a better host in Ann, The apartment really is a home away fom home. I would recommend this place to any family and friends. Ann, this place is a credit to you, we will definatly be back!!!

Winter break

We have just returned from our holiday and had such a fantastic time. There were 5 in our party including our 2 children and baby Toby – so the use of the cot and the toys for the children made it the perfect place to stay. Jim and I managed to really relax. Having a heated pool – great for the children, made this a first class holiday and so much better than staying in a hotel. The beautiful apartment is clean, modern and very well equipped, in fact everything you need and more. Nothing was too much trouble for Ann and we will definitely be booking again soon. Thanks Jenny

Hello Ann,
We absolutely loved your wonderful apartment, very clean, modern and a 5 star level of presentation. The pools were fantastic for the children and also thank you for leaving the toys, they thoroughly enjoyed them. This certainly is a "home from home", satellite TV, great kitchen facilities. Loved it and cannot wait to return. We will tell all our friends and family. Thank you. Sandra and family.
