Amazing HOtel!

I would like to say thank you for everything, we spent a really good
time at your stay and Michael help us a lot for everything. He was
always hepful at any times we need. For sure we will come back soon to
your hotel.

The pool area is just amazing with a nice view of the bay. The coktail XXL at the restaurant was just incredible! And breakfast is also good. Staff are very kindly and helpful also. To get a taxi very quick, no need to wait. Location is also good, near from everywhere. Just an negative point is the parking valet is a bit expensive (38 dollars per day).

I will recomand you this hotel!

I recently returned from a stay here and found the location to be great. It was within walking distance to many attractions and a short cab ride from others. The accomodations were less than desired as the fridge was malfunctioning, cleanliness was less than par, and extra towels were not provided with several requests. I even tried just paying the hotel, but was not accomodated. Also, upon checking in was hasselled about the early check-in which I paid for. All in all a good spot.

Great Hotel!

This was my first time booking on HomeAway so I was a little skeptical. However, Renato was very reassuring, answering my emails right away and providing me with step by step directions of what to expect. When I arrived at the hotel, it was exactly as he explained. The check in process was simple and fast. The room had just been cleaned and was immaculate. I had access to the hotel's amenities and Renato even had a local contact for me if I had any questions and could not reach him. As a first time user, I can only hope that other owners are as diligent as Renato.

Great hotel - service, pool area, views, location were all fantastic. Dinner at Asia de Cuba was delicious. The bar scene on Saturday night was hot and trendy and best of all, I could not hear it in my room when I went to sleep.
