An extended family of 10 adults stayed at this property April 18, 2013 - April 22, 2013 to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary. The house was perfect for our event. We were able to seat all 10 of us at a table outside for our meals. The kitchen was great as well as the grilling area outside. Great location near grocery stores, hiking etc. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect for large groups

We spent a long weekend here for Spring Training. The open layout with high ceilings provides plenty of space and privacy for even large groups. Small touches like keyless entry, quality towels, shampoo/soap, well-appointed kitchen, cable subscription, etc. made the overall rental experience smooth and relaxing. Extra props to their property manager, Dana, for being quick to respond and fix issues.

Huge beautiful house!!!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean. Much much bigger than the pictures show. There is plenty of space and each bedroom is very private with adjoining bathrooms. The backyard and pool were so much fun for the adults and kids. Great/safe neighborhood as well. The kitchen was fully stocked for all cooking needs and the laundry was convenient. There are multiple TV's, which allows for simultaneous morning cartoons for the kids, while adults can enjoy coffee and watch the news. We LOVED our stay here, and highly recommend.

Fabulous North Scottsdale House

The house was a perfect place for our family to stay for my daughter's wedding. it was immaculately clean and maintained. The outdoor space was a private oasis which we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything w e needed to cook and entertain. My only suggestion to the owner would be to maybe have a second refrigerator in the garage as we constantly struggled to make room for all of the food and beverages for 12 guests. But honestly, that would never, ever prevent us from returning to this lovely home.

Great family place! Beautiful on the inside and out

My husband,2 teenage daughters, 2 sisters and their husbands stayed here last week. It was very well appointed and immaculate. We are clean freaks and were very happy here!
There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time, wether sitting at the beautiful pool or watching one of the 8 tv's. Lots of places to sit back and quietly read a book too. It was also very close to everything. We loved it and will rent it again if we come back to Scottsdale. If there were any problems, Mike was very responsive.
