Luxury 2 bedroom apartment situated on the top floor of a small exclusive block in the development' EL Puerto' this well appointed apartment has views over the marina and out to sea. From the rear there are wonderful views inland. The development is gated to ensure privacy. A communal pool is provided with loungers. The apartment has a roof terrace with sun loungers and is exclusive to our apartment.

Located overlooking the busy marina of Cala d Or the new luxury 2 bed apartment offers a secure location for a family holiday with private pool, The development has only 53 apartments all build to the highest specification and benefits from a good number of local beaches, The marina has lot's of great restaurants. The town is a short walk away were most needs are catered for. As the complex is gated with electric gates the family is safe and secure. Access from Palma airport is about 65k and taxis are easy to find. A small train travels around the resort providing tranfers between the town and beaches. The apartment is fully equiped with airconditioning satalite television and is fully furnished to a very high standard, The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor providing great views of the town and out to sea. A full roof terrace with loungers is avaialble for the sole use of guests. Access to the apartment is by. Welcome packs and meet and greet are offered & local stores are nearby.

Notes: The apartment is enclosed within a small select gated community with secure parking. There are only 53 apartments in the whole complex. Our apartment is second floor with access either by stairs or lift. The views over the marina are splendid. The balcony has seating and a table for dining 'alfresco' and a canopy/awning provides shade. The property also has an exclusive roof terrace with a Gazebo and 4 sun loungers were you can have some privacy. The views to the rear of the apartment are over open country.

Further details for this vacation apartment rental in Cala D'or, Spain

Generally the apartment is available from 2.00pm on the day you arrive and we would ask you to vacate by 10.00am on the day you depert. If available and it fits with arriving guests you may be able to remain in the apartment until you need to depart but we would ask you to arrange this beforehand. All towels are provided including beach towels you are free to use as many as you like but we would ask you to put them in the washing machine during your stay and put the balance in to wash on the day you leave.

I found the apartment very good situated in a quite area above the marina which was 5 to 10 min walk the beaches which there are several are excellent and recommended if you do not mind walking, local taxis charge 5 euros into Cal D Or and 5.50 euros to Cala Egos.
The views from the balcony and terrace very good especially at sunset
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment
