The spacious kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, in-door ice /water dispenser and separate beverage refrigerator will inspire culinary master pieces from Vickie's Veggie's local farm stand. There is wonderful movement from the open kitchen to dining and living areas where you can enjoy a wood fire in the authentic Manhattan cobblestone hearth. This is an amazing house. Great design. It accommodates a large amount of people with ease. The The listing and photos were accurate. Everything is up to date and clean. Great stereo system throughout the house. Huge screened in porch. Beautiful kitchen with lots of room to cook and have a wonderful dinner. Very open and spacious 1st floor design. Really enjoyed the fireplace. Close to the beach (walkable to the Bay and 2.5 miles to a great beach with big waves my kids loved). Plenty of room for parking. The lot is very private. The owners are wonderful to work with. As I looked at other places in the area, this is a great choice.

Great Experience in Beautiful Town

My family and I stayed here with another family including 4 small children and the house was great for us. It was immaculate, spacious and well stocked. The pictures are totally accurate. There is plenty of outdoor space, great screened in porch and Amagansett is beautiful, as well as Montauk which is a short drive away. We had a lovely time and would love to stay here again. For very small children, you may want to bring a gate to block the staircases but the otherwise house was very kid friendly.

My wedding weekend at a wonderful beach house!

Great location, only 5 minutes away from the beach, the town is right near as well as the train station and supermarket. I got married on Indian well beach and wanted my wedding party to stay nearby and I’m so glad I found this place. The house was so clean and large kitchen all looked newly renovated. My guests had wonderful time staying here. I would totally want to come back and stay here again. Jean (the house owner) was so sweet and accommodating. Thanks Jean.

Very relaxing weekend

This is an all around great place to stay. It is in a very peaceful setting, yet close to the beach and bay. Walk to the bay and 5 minute drive to the ocean beach. The listing is very accurate. The house is newly renovated and very clean. The owner is great to work with and very accommodating. This is my second stay and I would go back in a heartbeat. I have already recommended it to friends and family.

Astro and Felice's is a good Pizza Parlor/restaurant close by and Indian Wells Tavern is a great place to dine as well. A must when in the area is a visit to Lunch (AKA Lobster Roll) and/or The Clam Bar. There are other more upscale places in the area as well.

If you love the beach, you will love this place.
