Notes

• Mid-week bookings are accepted, also extra days pro rata. All rates quoted are for up to 8 people. Howvever, should the confirmed booking be cancelled within four weeks of arrival, then a penalty of $300 will be charged. For payments by cheque, an initial deposit / security of $300, will be required to secure your booking. This is refundable after a possitive inspection after departure. Full payment for your required rental period is due 10 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. If you book less than 7 nights in our villa, unfortunately we will have to add a $80 cleaning charge to your rental cost. If you book 7 or more nights, this cost is already covered. Any damage will be charged for from your security deposit photo evidence will be provided . All rates over 7 nights include tax and clean

• Once you have booked our home and paid where required the initial deposit, we e-mail you with full confirmation of dates booked.. Approximately 30 days prior to arrival we post you ourwelcome package, which confirms full payment, directions to the home from Orlando International, a mileage chart to ease journey planning and a villa brochure containing useful information about the property and surrounding area, The package gives full contact details in case you need to reach our management company throughout your stay. The home has a lock box by the front door to the house. The code to open the box and enter the property is included in the arrival package.Details of internet access is also included.
