4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa large pool and deck , sleeps 8 max

The beautiful Doral Woods community is set within a Wildlife Conservation area.

The location has a very private and unique setting in which peace and tranquillity are the order of the day, and night. Our recently refurbished Villa is built on an ½ acre landscaped plot, and accompanied by our swimming pool surrounded by a protective lanai screen. Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in the majority of rooms the villa will offer you the privacy and freedom you require to relax and enjoy your vacation. Two en-suite master Bedrooms and two twin Bedrooms which adjoin the third bathroom, complete the splendour of your sleeping arrangements. The living area accommodation of the main villa comprises of an entrance hall, two large individual lounges , Breakfast bar, Dining room and Kitchen area leading to the pool dining area. There is wi-fi for those that require it,a televisision in the master bedroom with freeview, and a new 46 inch plasma tv in the main lounge.From August 2013 we will also have a full games room with A/C . If you are looking for a villa with a games room make sure it's done well like ours , not just a pool table in a hot garage !!

Note: A cot and highchair are available, on request. A communal swimming pool and a floodlit tennis court are also at the disposal of all Doral Woods residents and guests at no extra cost..

We own another villa on Doralwoods www.doralwoods.co.uk . we have had that villa 7 years . We decided that it was time to buy another villa , and where better than Doral woods . Our two villas are to a high standard giving you a vacation rental you really can feel it's your home from home .

We decided to buy this villa because it's a nice looking from the outside and we love the open play layout inside . The pool area was also just what we were looking for , nice size pool and private .

What makes this villa unique

The main benefit is that we have our other villa in the next street and we can offer two villas both as nice but with different benefits . Evans drive has a one acre yard with a play area and decking . Evans Way this villa is a cheaper option but still with all the high standard of Evans Drive . Doral Woods is located in the Kissimmee resort area of central–east Florida.

Ideally positioned at approx 10 mins drive south of Highway 192, on the Poinciana Boulevard. This offers a direct and easy route to the heart of all the Disney attractions and the famous International Drive.

There are excellent local facilities to be found including Restaurants, Banks, Shops and a large 24hour Walmart Superstore, within 10 minutes drive. Although only 20 mins drive from the bustle of Disney, there is a lot to be seen in and around Kissimee. Old Town Kissimmee hosts several Car and Bike rallies where both modern and classic vehicles from both side of the pond can be seen. There is also a great funfair with an amazing go-kart track. Downtown Kissimmee has many shops full of collectables and well worth taking a day out there. The railway station is also a classic and worth a visit.

Other places of interest around Kissimmee include Gator-land where a scene from a bond film ( live and let die) was filmed. For the golfers , there are some lovely links within 20 mins drive from the villa. Horse riding is even closer, and air-boat trips are only 10 mins away. The beach at Cocoa Beach is about an hour drive and is famous for water activities.

All in all, there is something for everyone so maybe if you can , to take advantage of this enchanting part of America, book two weeks and enjoy yourself like never before.

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Doral Woods, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Mid-week bookings are accepted, also extra days pro rata. All rates quoted are for up to 8 people. Howvever, should the confirmed booking be cancelled within four weeks of arrival, then a penalty of $300 will be charged. For payments by cheque, an initial deposit / security of $300, will be required to secure your booking. This is refundable after a possitive inspection after departure. Full payment for your required rental period is due 10 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. If you book less than 7 nights in our villa, unfortunately we will have to add a $80 cleaning charge to your rental cost. If you book 7 or more nights, this cost is already covered. Any damage will be charged for from your security deposit photo evidence will be provided . All rates over 7 nights include tax and clean

  • Once you have booked our home and paid where required the initial deposit, we e-mail you with full confirmation of dates booked.. Approximately 30 days prior to arrival we post you ourwelcome package, which confirms full payment, directions to the home from Orlando International, a mileage chart to ease journey planning and a villa brochure containing useful information about the property and surrounding area, The package gives full contact details in case you need to reach our management company throughout your stay. The home has a lock box by the front door to the house. The code to open the box and enter the property is included in the arrival package.Details of internet access is also included.

Fantastic Christmas Holidays 2012

We were delighted to see the beautiful villa, pictures on the website just doesn't justify this beautiful place. Extremely comfortable, large swimming pool , good sized bedrooms and well decorated house made our holidays a memorable one.
House is close to attraction, Walmart, Air boat rides and is located in a peaceful neighborhood. Jon was very prompt and quick in responding to our emails.

We are sure we will be coming back to this place again.

Wonderful Holiday

We had 3 lovely weeks at the villa. It is very comfortable and roomy - we felt very at home there and didn't want to leave. There were only 4 of us but there is more than enough room for two families. It is only 30-40 minutes drive from all the main parks but just far enough away so that you can relax by the pool in a peaceful and scenic setting.
It was a pleasure dealing with the owners who were helpful throughout and we would recommend this villa to anyone thinking of visting Orlando.

my family and i have been staying at this villa for many years. Being so close to the airport and all the main attractions,it was an obvious choice. We were advised before we went this time, that it was under new management and ownership.
Imagine our suprise to find that now it is even better .than before.
The new team supplied us with a far superior "welcome pack", and made us feel instantly at home. Dealing with them was easy and hassle free.
It was cleaner than ever-if possible, and obvious that the recent refurbishment had spared no expense.
We shall keep returning to this villa, and recommend it to all our friends,

Just returned home from another amazing holiday in Florida this is the third villa we have stayed in and by far the best. Loved everything about it location, quietness, well equipped and the pool ,great during the day and at night after a long day at the parks. Only the first time we have been sent a welcome pack with lots of information and money for the tolls which came in useful. Thank you for making our three week holiday a good one.

Great Holiday

We stayed in your villa last October, there was 8 of us had a fab time. The villa it's self is great, big very clean,the layout is good and it's maintained well, the pool was fantasic. Great area not far from Disney I would recommend this villa to my friends. The owners are very easy to deal with and very friendly.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
