This 4 bdr/3bath 2 story villa locates in a gated community 5 miles to Disney, 8 miles to Sea World and 12 miles to Universal Studio. Wal-Mart and Super Target are just around the corner for your grocery and pharmacy needs. While it's close to major parks, restaurants, stores and plaza, it hides away from the noisy high way for quite nights. A perfect home base for Disney goers.

This villa has a full kitchen, a laundry room, a screened patio, 7 beds, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10. Onsite facility includes swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, fitness center, play ground, movie theatre. Free WIFI, unlimited calling within US, 5 TV with 250+ channels to help you rewind after a long day at the parks.

Extra-large Space and Accessibility: This larger than normal villa has an open concept main floor that joins dining room, living room and kitchen into 1 big space for easy socializing while enjoying a great meal prepared in the kitchen. You can host a small party every day.

A queen bedroom conveniently locates on the main floor to accommodate your visiting friends, in-laws or any one who has difficulty with stairs. The other 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor are a King bedroom and 2 character-theme kids rooms. The pull out sofa in the living room gives you an extra sleeping corner.

Upon departure, you can simply close the door behind you and leave the rest to our on-site crew. Cleaning will be done immediately after check out. If we find anything left behind, you will be notified and the item being mailed to you at your own cost.

    You can pay $200 right away to secure the dates and package price. Once deposit is received, the unit will be reserved for you and package price confirmed. Without confirmation, our availability and price are subject to change without further notice. Then you can send in the package fee between now and 2 weeks before check in. Once both payments are received, we generate a code for you to open the door. If the package fee is not received in full 14 days prior to check in, your booking will be cancelled automatically . We will open up this unit for rental again and keep your deposit for booking loss. You won't forget paying the fee as we will send reminders every day approaching the deadline. Believe me, we would rather you have a magic vacation and tell your friends about us than keeping the deposit.


    + When do I get deposit back?
    Full refund within 48 hours after check out if no damage found
  • Cancellation policy: Partial refund up until 2 weeks prior to arrival, except fees
    * 1 week graceful period: 200 Deposit is fully refundable within 7 days from date this deposit is received
    * After the graceful period and 2 weeks before the check in date, rental package fee will be refunded but you will lose the 200 deposit as booking compensation.
    * 2 weeks before check in date, if rental package is not paid in full. This booking is automatically cancelled.
    * If you do not show up upon check in or decide to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

    We accept all major credit cards, paypal, cheques and direct banking. Please note that you have to pay 4% transaction cost if you use credit cards and paypal service.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The unit is very clean and large. The community was quiet and the soundproofing between units is perfect.

it's very closely to restaurants and major big box stores (Walmart, etc.) so we were never far away from the necessities.

The owner and her staff respond to emails at a lightening quick speed, which I definitely appreciated. The staff on location are happy to help and are quick to respond to inquiries.

I would definitely recommend this unit to family or friends

Nice Townhouse for vacation Stay.

The owner of the property is very nice and you always would get the quick response from her. The Price is GREAT. we did the research and comparison it was one of the best price. The Unit itself it very nice and clean. Kids was very impressed with bedding sets and LOVE them. If you plan to cook in the house most of the time you might be very limited by the utensils. The house has the minimal necessary .Folks, spoon,plates, caps etc.. But it was 9 of us and it wasn't the big pot to cook for all of us. Also we had problems with knives some of them was need to be sharpened. Another thing what we cannot make to work is Ice maker in the refrigerator. It wasn't that hot outside so we gave up :). The Community I would say has a lot of people living there and in the evening not always we was able to park right in front of the house. But we parked next to another one close to this house. The great feature of that house is INTERNET!!! we were able to check emails and play game on the Computer.
I would recommend this house to my friends who want to go to Disney or other vacation in Florida.

The best place to stay in Orlando.

Just to start with we would like to express our appreciation to Vacation Mom for being very caring, friendly and helpful. For her consideration and quick response in oder to meet the demands of the tenants ( the iron was delivered right away).
Staying in Cortile Club villa for a week was a joyful experience for our family. We enjoyed the location which was very close to all theme parks as well as to the restaurants and shopping malls. The gated community was nice, quiet and safe. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipted, so we enjoyed self-catering a lot, which gave a feeling of a "real home". Several bathrooms were one more advantage of the villa. The kids were impressed by "princess" and "toys srtory" bedrooms and by no means by Minnie and Mickey awaiting them.
It was cool to have have a tennis court, pool, jacuzzi and children playgroung nearby. Everything was so cute that the kids were ready to "sacrifice" Disney for staying home.
For the above reasons I would have no doubts for recommending this property for anyone comming to Orlando. Why should you stay in a cramped hotel room if you can enjoy a real home for a lower price (keeping in mind that there's enough space for two families with the kids).
We'd really love to come back. Thanks a lot.

Nice stay!!!

Well, everything was ok. The house was very nice,all items in description were available and in good condition.The only thing that we weren`t able to use was the internet wireless in the unit. I didn`t get the code. I could only used the wired connection. All the rest was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable,quiet, I do recommend for anyone else who wants to spent vacations at Orlando!!! Go and enjoy!! Happy New Year!!!Thanks!!!

First of all I want to say thank you to Vacation Mom. I highly recommend her as a host. She was very communicative, attentive and professional.
The place is so nice and quite nest. You get exactly what you see at the photographs. Theme parks, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.
