Welcome to Casa Aquabella!

Enjoy this tastefully decorated, comfortable, gulf access home in NW Cape Coral. Professionally remodeled inside and out in 2010, this almost new home is well appointed with new furnishings and fixtures and features the homeowner’s nature photography.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath along with a generous walk in closet. The guest bedrooms share a bath and consist of one queen bed and two twin beds. Three large glass doors separate the dining/kitchen area and the screened lanai providing views of the canal throughout most of the home.

Rent a boat or bring your own and dock it right outside the back door! If kayaking is more your style we have a tandem kayak available for your use free of charge. This home is conveniently located only minutes away from the Gulf. The spacious dock is a great place to go fishing, launch the kayak, or relax and enjoy the evening sunsets.

New additions in 2011:

* Large dock with 10,000lb boat lift and 'amazing underwater fish light'

* Reverse osmosis water system means fresh clean drinking water all the time

* New pool heater installed

Beautiful, relaxing home

It is hard to choose a vacation rental when you are 1100 miles away from the location. You really have to trust that the description and the reviews are accurate. This home was better than described! All the furnishings, including kitchen and bedroom, were high end. The open floor plan allowed us to open all the doors to the screened pool and enjoy the wonderful breezes. My most relaxing moments were spent on the huge dock area. This home is located on a street that only residents use and it was very quiet and great for walking and biking. We stayed for a month and the worst part of our trip was the day we had to pack up and leave! The owner communicated to me throughout our stay, asking if we were comfortable or needed anything. He provided a book with a lot of good information about restaurants, shopping, etc. I felt as if we were staying in a friend's home, not a rental.

Wonderful place to stay in nice quiet neighborhood

We had a very nice stay here and would definitely recommend in to anyone looking for a nice clean property with wonderful amenities. The house is truly in "like new" condition and is very well maintained. It is clean and spacious, with nice decor.
The pool area is a great place to relax on a hot day, and the dock on the canal in back is a wonderful place to hang out in the evening. There is a light in the water by the dock which attracts all types of fish and it’s fascinating to watch the activity.

Overall, you can’t go wrong with this place and I would highly recommend it.

We recently spent time at this beautiful home and were more than pleased with the cleanliness, amenities and overall features of this home. Everything described on the website was accurate and then some. The new deck is awesome (with the night light to watch the fish), and the people boating by in the canal all waved and hollered what a great deck it was. We would recommend this rental to everyone and would like to mention that the owner(s) were always available if there were any questions. Great place!!

We had a great vacation at the Aquabella home. The house was fantastic and very well maintained. It was equiped with everything we needed for a great time. The dock and deck was right outside as was the canal access. It was an overall very nice experience.

We loved this home! This was our 4th visit to Cape Coral and definitely our favorite. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and a peaceful retreat. The pool was great and the new expanded dock is awesome. The home had everything that we needed to make our vacation complete. We loved the location, very close to our favorite little fishing town of Matlacha. We would definitely recommend this home. Publix is conveniently located just a few miles down the road along with a few little restaurants. A visit to Sanibel Island's nature preserve and lighthouse beach is a must.
